I knew he must be faking it, good thing that they revealed it in ep 4, I wasn't sure if I should keep watching now I'll do
On Twenty Five Twenty One Mar 13, 2022
why did they have to make me smile the whole ep and then left me with a sad feeling? That last scene was like waking up from a beautiful dream and facing reality where nothing is eternal

Ok, now I have a week to decide if I'll give it a chance and watch ep3 or just drop it here, I didn't like the comedy , it feels like a manga/webtoon and anime type of comedy that suits them well, but it's not for a K-drama, it feels so silly. I'm not a fan of Krystal and didn't like her character, I can't see their chemistry but I can't judge that already, the plot is all over the place that made the first 2 eps more confusiong than they should, and I'm not a fan of Terminal Illness kind of plot.

Title The Long Ballad Spoiler
will main leads get married? If married at which episode?
They never showed their wedding, but you can say that they got married at the end, they only showed that they were together and that they talked about getting married after the war ends

I dropped this drama long ago after watching 3-4 episode due to similarity with Dots. But since I am missing Bai…
I started it because of it's similariy to Dots but I found it quite different in my opinion, it started kind of similar but it kind of took another path after that
On You Are My Hero Feb 26, 2022
Just finished it, I want to talk about the pros and cons in this drama from my point of view.
PROS:
-The main couple is soo good together with a unique chemistry, I loved how healthy their relationship was, I mean they actually became a couple and stayed so without stupid misunderstandings and breakups
-Mi Ka's character was the typical heroine type with a kind personnality but a strong one in the same time, and Xing Ke Lei was a strong captain and a cute boyfriend, I loved his two sides.
-Second couple SWB and RQX are SO CUTE loved them together, RQX is one of my favorite characters in the drama with a strong personnality and she was a wonderful BFF to Mi Ka,
-Loved Dr.Shao and XKY the mature couple.
-My favorite parts of the drama were where it was more like a "Slice of life" type of drama without the drama and action, just sweet calm events, it's basically when they all just hang out together.

CONS: 40 episodes were TOO MUCH, it started boring for me at the beginning, and I thought about dropping it but I putted it on hold for a few days and came back to finish it, it got better after that. I didn't really care about any of the action and drama scenes, nether military or medical stuff, too boring that I wanted to skip it all but tried not to since it affects the characters.
-Mi Ka and XKL got together after a reasonable time, but they kept creating too much unnecessary problems for them just to extend it to 40 eps. I worked so hard to finish it, and you know that the drama is getting draggy when you start counting how many episodes have left to finish it so that you can look for something else to watch, instead of being sad the more you get closer to the end.
-Second couple's story was TOO UNECESSERALY DRAGGY, they took TOO LONG to get together WITHOUT A LOGICAL REASON, they could have gaven us many good scenes of them together.
-I wished that they have gaven Xing Ke Yao more scenes, she was a great character that had so much more potential.

But at the end it was a good drama, I'm not a fan of modern C-dramas so finishing it was an accomplishment for me plus that I enjoyed and laughed a long way with the episodes, it's a drama that left me with a smile, I give it 7.5/10

Same. I’m like we’re in 2021 please stop these dead partner tropes lololol 🤣 Let them live. We’ve got…
I don't know why the fact that they implied that he is not dead make it even sadder with the fact that they are not together, makes me wonder what happened

I've been avoiding a lot of promising kdramas recently because they all gave the impression of the "sad ending" and they really did have a sad ending eventually, I don't know why Kdrama start taking that direction again , it reminds me of 2000's tragic Dramas, I just hope that this one won't be one of them, ending a Kdrama with a sad ending became so predictable and heartbreaking, I have high expectations for this one.

Aww❣❣ skip beat is actually how I got into dramaland. I read the manga, watched the anime and tried a live…
I've only watched some videos of the taiwanese adaptation, I couldn't accept their version of kyoko and the open ending so I've always hoped that someday we will get a kdrama version and that it will give justice to this manga, and ofcourse we hope we will live to the day when this manga will actually have an ending
