no offence but why is she behaving like 12 year old 🫤
Some people are more mature than their age and some people are more immature than their age. Age doesn't define maturity.

Coming from Thailand, I’m convinced Thai people were staring HARD at FL’s dresses because that’s definitely not something you see every day there 😂
That said, I really like that they chose Thailand as a filming location because it adds so much diversity to the drama. 🥰

Not blood related they’re more like childhood friends ML was adopted by FL’s dad because Dads friend died…
The first few minutes of ep 1 is weird for me too but I was like there's no way ML & FL would be siblings and I continued to watch. It proved that they aren't. Sometimes the show tricks us in first few minutes or first episodes. ML don't call her dad & Mom “mom” or “dad” even he was adopted because he knows his origin. FL calls “big brother” to someone she's close with, older guy friends, and cousins, to be respectful. She calls his friend “big brother San lai” too. It's just a cultural thing in Asia, especially in China and other countries. In my country, we call an older guy big brother as well.

In hidden love Sang Zhi call him ge at the end of his name, she called San Lai ge as well. There are so many examples…
Exactly!! 😆 “Ge”in dramas doesn’t mean they’re actually siblings, it’s just a term of respect or closeness. Calling someone “ge” is totally normal in Chinese dramas. Anyone saying this is a “sibling romance” clearly missed the cultural context 😂. Let’s not overcomplicate things, people!

They didn’t grow up as siblings in the traditional sense, and the story makes that distinction very clear. That’s exactly why the parents addressed boundaries. Especially her mother. Her mother almost sent him back to the orphanage but because FL spoke her first word because of
ML, she didn't. That mom didn't even allow him to see her when she's in middle School and FL thought ML didn't care about her.

Finally an FL that also wants to express her feelings for her ML. A drama where we as viewers can feel that yeah…
Yep. And in asian culture, people call “gege” meaning “big brother” to an older guy or guy friends without blood relation. That is the act of respect towards older people. I believe she also called Jin Zhao “ge”. She called him “San Lai ge”

So let me get this straight… adopted, no shared blood, no step-sibling, parents aware of possible romance that is why her mom tries to distance FL from ML. The mom don't like ML for his lifestyle. Boundaries discussed in-story, and some of ya’ll still screaming sibling romance?

Her biological dad was the best racer… he love cars and seems like his daughter got from him. She is really a fast learner when it comes to cars as well. 😌

am i the only one thinking she is acting cringy? i cannot sense any emotion from her in some parts. idk maybe…
She does show emotions, just in a more childish way because the character is still immature. To me, that actually makes it cute and fitting.
