When they were in middle school/high school he got expelled by her mom for changing grades, he goes to her house to speak with her mom and ask forgiveness, he then looks through the window and sees her. When he’s rejected by her mom, ZY comes out and offers an umbrella but only sees his back. Fast forward to college, they meet again, he recognizes her as being his teacher’s daughter, which is why he calls her princess. They get together and date 3 years before he is placed in prison. In prison I believe he means he’s known her since that night he saw her through the window, probably totaling up to 6 years.

I think it’s a reality for so many people who have been hit hard by life though. I think it’ll be nice to see how this sad and bitter character can turn his life around and find the happiness he deserves.

They are sad episodes, but things will get better later on, and the actors portrayed emotions so beautifully during these episodes, so it’s worth the watch 🙂

It’s not likely. By reading comments from those that have read the novel, it seems that her parents never forgive LX for what he did.

That’s right, and when she confronted him afterwards, he confirmed it, that he knew they were not going to accept him all along, he just went there on purpose to further their disapproval him, of course having already planned it.

Agree! I really hope that he chases her this time, and really makes up for the suffering she had to go through.

I guess his plan was to irritate LX. Honestly it was such a childish thing to do, he should’ve just stuck to using his talent to compete with LX, but I think he’s fully aware that he can’t beat LX when it comes to coding.

I’ve had this in my watchlist, but am unsure about whether to watch. The comments and continually declining rating are a little discouraging. Should I still give this a try?

Agree, however, I think he never really confronted his past, he just slipped it under the rug and tried to move on. Now, he’ll be forced to really confront his inner turmoil and become a better version of himself.

That’s why I was curious, the present time takes place in 2019, and school days in 2012. Maybe it was filmed in 2019, if so, then wow it took a long time to release 🙂

Not that it matters, but I’m curious, was this filmed in 2019 or does the storyline just take place from 2012-2019?

Does her personality get better? I’m only on episode two, but wow, what a horrible personality she has until now 😂
