I just watched Love Between Fairy And Devil and I need another couple like DFQC and XLH where they achieve their goals but not at the expense of each other T_T Cheng Yin sacrificed too much of what Xiao Feng cared about to get to where he needed to be. She was doomed the moment she met him. He truly was an inhumane person doing things for personal again in the name of “love”.

Like if I were him, I would also be rly extreme in trying to win if that would mean that I get to be in a position where I could keep the things I cherish. Like what his sis told him— if you dont want things like your dog being taken away, you have to be strong enough to keep them... and thats where I think he went rly wrong and his obsession with winning no matter the method began
OKAy hear me out if JJ does not want Du Lei I will take him bc my guy needs some love in his life and not the twisted kind his family gives him!! Just look at the ending scene where he sits on the ground crying like a child and notice how he no longer has the tie JJ gave him? It's like he can't catch a break with the things he cherishes being taken away from him (starting w being an orphan and then losing his one and only family- his dog), and I get that he probably did something to deserve it but in his head, I think he really just wanted to live up to the expectation of being a replacement son and feel some sort of familial love fr once.
I hope that towards the end of this drama he becomes happier and recovers from that brutal emotional breakdown we see in the ending credits. Like you dont just cry that horribly in public, it mustve been a serious emotional breakdown. IDK I just have a soft spot for him :O
