Yeah probably it is an open ending. I just felt that way. I mean the moon shaped blood orchid could just be a love momento for both of them. It's just the way his sacrificed his life for her makes me don't want him to comeback. Lol I am crazy.

Is just I don't thinknit would have make sense for him to comeback, his "destiny" in life was to feel love and compassion as the strongest being of the universe to save his beloved life. And he did.

It was not a "happy ending" as I belive the ML did not comeback to life. They just gave us that glimpse of him for fan pleasure only. But I a. Not mad at all. They both love each other so much, that even though he dies at the end i was extremely satisfied with the ending. I think it was the perfect ending for the story
