just reading this made me feel dreadful. Did they not feel like they were trying too hard to stretch this to an hour and were struggling to find substance? Did they not review each episode before its released. How did someone watch this and give it a pass? This gives me The Tuxedo vibes for some reason. But that at least had a little better acting/chemistry and they saved it a little by keeping it very short.
People here are complaining saying this is unnecessarily being compared to KP and that it is unfair. I think it is only natural for people to do that especially when they have the same themes and are airing at the same time. The crew should've given a second thought on the release date for this. Also people wouldn't be comparing this to KP if this was actually even decently good. The main reason I subconsciously compare this with KP is because when I watch KP I am in the feels screaming one second and dying one second and crying the next. I genuinely get involved and cuss at characters for their shit or love the characters when something good happens. But when I watch Unforgettable Night, I am just watching, I am so disconnected and just watch cuz I want to knock it off my list. So let me take a step back and think about this show without KP in discussion.

It is so boring that I have to keep forwarding. It is so monotonous. The acting is not good and the actors dont even fit the characters image. the dialogue delivery is slow and cringe worthy. The r rated scenes make me feel uncomfortable and its really laughable. Just dont put kiss scenes if you are gonna do the awkward fish camera angle fake kiss, it only ruins the whole thing more than if there wasn't a kiss scene. The editing is not good either. And I can keep going into more details about why this is not a good one.

HONESTLY!!! WHO THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO LAUNCH THIS WHEN KP IS STILL RUNNING AND ESPECIALLY GETTING EVEN BETTER WITH EVERY EPISODE. I STILL HAVENT MOVED ON FROM EP11. okay I get it, mafia and R rate has been on the hype because of kinnporsche recently and maybe they wanted to feed on that (Honestly it kinda worked in the start cuz I was excited for the same reason when I saw the trailer. if it was another time I wouldn't really have waited for this show at all. I would've just watched it later when I am absolutely bored) but they failed to realize that if they are going to feed on the popularity then they should have the same if not better quality to deliver.

I think what they meant was checkout was promoted as an adult drama filled cheating plot with good chemistry by posters, behind scenes clips, ep0 and the trailer. And i think most people were here for that chemistry from ep0. People were definitely anticipating the NC but they didn’t even deliver that because that’s exactly what they promoted it with. And yes obviously people are not solely here for just the NC which is is why everyone is complaining because the plot has gone down too. .

Its actually kinda the same in the book. They suddenly start hanging out together in one chapter and the next chapter they are together. The series honestly gave them more plot than the book did. Also in the book they immediately get together and they never part after that aside from cute whiny chay to get kims attention in the side story.

No one dies. Atleast in the book. But i think someone mentioned that one character dies. Fans were confused because no one dies in the book so we thought they might be changing things up. But now that season 2 is in talks, we are speculating that it might be vegas cuz in the book at the end of the main kp story he runs away and gets into an accident. But the vp side story reveals that he was taken into the hospital by pete who resigns as a bodyguard and runs after vegas
