Do you really think that the step mom has done nothing wrong? I don't think anyone here is trying to invalidate housewives. My own mother was a housewife for years. But you keep ignoring the ways that the stepmother has worked actively against Dan Dan and her dad. She and her son lost the family money TWICE, forcing an old father to work back breaking, dangerous jobs to keep the family from being homeless. She refused to listen to reason, refused to leave the dad's home at the security job, and brought the rest if her family there, fully aware of the potential consequences, only to have her husband fired, have his dignity trampled on,and her entire family out on the streets she still doesn't see anything wrong with her actions. Right now, she is going behind her husband's back along with her mother to take from her husband's sister against her husband's wishes. Now, I don't think she's done evil monster who is purposely trying to ruin lives. She literally stopped the dad from walking into a lake with Dan Dan, and honestly until I get the full picture about Dan Dan's bio mom, I don't want her and the dad back together,because of all the pain and agony she caused her family. But the step mom is dense with no sense of what to do and what not to do, and anytime someone confronts her for her actions, she never reflects on her actions. She is going to become more and more antagonistic as time goes on bc she keeps crossing boundaries and one day she'll do something that even the father can't forgive. The father should have been honest with his daughter, but that doesn't erase all the other issues between Dan Dan and the step mom. Would you be happy to see your loved one work hard, and constantly put himself in danger to provide for your family, only for his hard work to be destroyed time and time again? I would also tell my dad to leave such a person. Once again, I don't think the step mom is purposely evil, I just think that she unknowingly causes a lot of pain and problems for people in her life, and can't even be bothered to reflect, let alone apologize. You need to think past "Dan Dan mean😡, stepmother victim🥺, all daddy's fault☹" and really look at the big picture.
