what, were you expecting god to put things in the right place then? years went by and they were still living their best lives. everybody, even those in the highest positions were corrupted, you can't even trust the police. she was like one of few who were somewhat still in their right mind. this was simply something only she could do. i mean, look at the scary seojin, she was so powerful and with a snap of a finger, look how she ended up being powerless. suryeon, and maybe logan and yoonhee were the only one who could bring those evils down. but after all, this is all the drama is about, taking revenge.
i think she did ask the twins what was wrong and that's when they told her she's never around when they needed. there sure could've been something she could do different but how was she supposed to know except for that one limping scene where she confronted him later? her other daughter was fighting for her life in the hospital, was she just supposed to leave her there when they kept calling her that hyein's in the verge of death? they wore clothes with long sleeves all the time but so did everybody else. she was living under the impression that the man she's been married to for idk, 14 years?, is a walking "good". only later did she find out how rotten he is. the twins could've at least give her a sign. she is their mother but she doesn't have eagle eyes. she's human after all.

i think they took in consideration the fact that yoonhee already spent some time in prison, experienced the lost of her daughter, turned herself in and showed remorse too. i think suryeon pardoning her didn't have much of an impact in the court.

i wouldn't say neglect but what was she supposed to do? her other daughter was in the hospital. whenever dantae needed, he would call suryeon to the hospital so he could abuse the twins. the twins also didn't tell suryeon anything, they just got mad at her for not being there but that's just how dantae planned things. when she realised they were being abused, she came to help, fought with him. in the final episode, she knew dantae wanted to kill her but still went to the penthouse for her kids.. she almost died for them.
as for seojin, she knew dantae married her to proceed with the plan but i'm not sure if she knew about seojin being abused. i don't remember it clearly. she could've done something but at the same time couldn't. she came as na aegyo and couldn't let anyone see her or know about her. i mean, if she made one wrong move, she could've died.. again and all of her effort of punishing those sinners would go to waste.

actually, they've been in touch through calls the whole time. i think after the bus incident, she came back home and called him and he told her he's flying to korea to help her or something. but by the time he got there, she already died.

i thought he would be a good person too but maybe it's way too early to make presumptions? i mean, apparently dantae put him in jail so i don't get why would he side with him (if it's not a part of their plan i mean). but then again, it seems like he adores jenny a lot then why would he voluntarily go to jail.. i really hope he's good though, i don't want suryeon to be fighting all of them alone -m- i get it, girl power and so but this is too much xD
