Just realized this after watching the drama, I noticed this unwavering sadness and solitude between the FL and ML, and how this strengthened their connection, even if apart and circumstances drift them apart. The coincidences doesn't feel trope-y but tangible: you could feel the yearning between these characters just looking by their eyes and physical movements. That's how strong the acting on this drama.

One of the best this year, encapsulates what truly embodies first love: all the heartbreak, bitterness and the unpredictability of life that would take you on highs and lows. Both leads have such great chemistry, as well as their young counterparts. Highly recommended!

Title Sing in Love Spoiler
The constant theme of fire throughout the film as means to destruct your pain, and be killed senselessly, was hard to watch. I like the fact that the main character had therapy (and raps about it) as means to cope and heal. This was a film that could take audience on the edge of darkness, but that light wavers by the end, signifying that light by day in the end. This was a good film, very dark in themes and self-contradiction.
