Just started this today, if you say this is good then I bet you will enjoy You Are My Glory and Love Is Sweet, both are equally so amazing and beautiful that you even deciding which is better is an agony.

Please get handfan to fan yourself before you start this drama 😂. Didn't want to watch this because of the high profile leading actors because I felt it will be full of biased fans giving it high score and boy am I wrong because whatever score you want to give it, I say the higher the better, while this is my first time of watching DD drama, it's not a first for YY so with being a little convincing from some of the reviews (a first for me because I don't watch drama based on people's reviews especially on this site) I started it and I didn't regret it so thank y'all that gave it a good review and score based on your enjoyment not by being biased. I did totally enjoyed it that I wanted more drama that has this same vibe and that's how I came across "Love Is Sweet", another great drama. Gotta say these two dramas, while different in terms of occupation and theme, both has ruined me for sure. YAMG totally deserve the hype, I mean the actors are ACTORS because you can see all on the screen, the story and all were all aced. I love the dynamic of the drama. I have watched this drama 2 days ago and I was and still speechless because I really don't know what to say but I gotta say I did enjoyed watching it.

What do I say about this beautiful drama? This drama is so realistic, like it's so real and doesn't even have that taste of fiction. And just how much fun were they having on set because it didn't feel like acting but playing, I love their bickering and it was the the thing that kept me going because I thought it will become boring once they start dating but nope, it's the more the merrier 😂. I still don't know why some think this drama is bad when it isn't, it dealt with with what each of us pass through in our daily lives, be it love, friendship, loss, control and obsession and that's why I said it is realistic. If you're thinking of not watching or dropping it when I guess you want to miss out on a great drama by great actors,like Bai Lu can really ace any role she's giving and let's not forget about Leo Lu, that man is so damn talented, both are one great versatile actors and I hope to see their future projects together in the future. If anyone knows of a sweet drama like this please kindly recommend 💜

Loved it for the Ost, it has one of the best music in a drama (I especially like the song Something Different) , added them all to my Chinese drama playlist except for 1 that doesn't play in Spotify, found male lead too clingy and doesn't even give the girl a breathing space, it was also underdeveloped because of the story of Ma shan shan, we didn't get the development of her story, her history or conclusion.

I have never felt so giddied, flushed and so so in a drama. With this drama I discovered I'm a sucker for angst and tragic drama. There's no reason not to watch it, for those who don't like anything toxic, angst and tragic then this drama is for y'all because I kept squealing till the end.

Anything about the Qing dynasty is a hit, I absolutely love this era in history or maybe it's because I like studying Chinese history. Looking forward to it

First time of fast forwarding a drama, it's so ridiculous. I find the female lead stupid, annoying and embarrassing. I literally FF all her part and only watched it for the other supporting cast. I was so angry at the drama, I hated how she just kept throwing herself to the male lead even when he keeps rejecting her a million times and also add all the insults to it as well. It's always "Mr Lee" for her, after all the rejection, how can you just give in like that? He didn't even work for it compare to how much she embarrassed herself. They really need to stop portraying all women dumb and stupid, not everyone is like her. It's a stupid drama and I'm so angry, it's a messed up drama on the part of the leads but every other casts were perfect.

Excuse you? 🙄 So you can give your opinion but I can't share my thoughts? Do I have to like it just because you do? "it already has a lot of fans and will not be affected" which just proofed my points exactly, that y'all are just for the fan culture and nothing else. It's not all comments that you have to stink your nose in, I'm the one watching it not you, it's my TV and Internet and maybe you should minded your business since it's your favorite drama this year.

Not much romance in the other two, just family, harem and politics but the female leads are so badass. They are so wise and can fight for themselves without relying on the male leads. There's romance but I don't think it's how much you want it.

Anyway to be serious, this drama deserves more accolades, I know being a celebrity star is by choice whether you're an actor or a singer, this drama really covers everything. O ones knows the sorrow and pains of these stars. I don't get why fans that call themselves human will have no empathy for the stars they love, if you love someone you will want that person to be happy in life as well as love whoever they want to love. I have a lot to say but I don't think this place is the right place for it, I just wanted to share something regarding fan culture. Stars ain't happy being themselves because of fear of their fans reactions.
Liang Jie is really one versatile actress, she can play every roles well, this is my first time of seeing the lead actor drama but after watching I'm really hooked on him. Both are so good in acting their part. This seems like an everyday thing because of how realistic the drama is.

Lige, Fuyao, Xuangji, Minglan and Weiyingluo be sitting on the same table. Never seen a stronger female character than these five beautiful characters. I'm gonna lean more closely on Fuyao and Lige. They both got me hooked in a drama right from the first episode. (these five characters are from The song of glory, legend of Fuyao, Love and redemption, The Story of Minglan and Story of Yanxi Palace)
Lige and Fuyao both fight for the people against injustice and corruption, both are badass martial artists that follow their lovers to war, both are so powerful.
Lige and Weiyinglou don't take nonsense from anybody, ain't afraid of anything or anybody as long as you wrong them or their loved ones and they made up their minds. It's cheek for cheek for both of them.
These five women characters have the brains, strong, bossy and love everyone equally as long as you ain't evil.
Lige and Minglang their silent strategy planning is on point.
Lige and Xuangji, when they love, it's forever and move mountains for their lovers.
Honestly love these badass female characters to the moon and back.

Downloaded iqiyi because of this drama since no sub on YouTube. I love Li Qin so gonna watch it

Wonder if the subtitles have been fixed because it's all so messed up and I couldn't continue even though the drama is really good
