a lot of people are saying that it's boring but i wanted to watch it for byungchan.. now idk if i wanna watch…
I watched it for Byungchan too! It's not bad actually and his screen time increases as the story progress. I just wished they show more of Ji So Hyun and Kim Yoo Shin (BC's character). They are cute and pretty. The storyline is okay, but I like the characters and the show's visual style.
I like up to around 20 episodes. The last few eps I thought the writing could be better. Also I don't like Wang Xiao Ai character much. The part I didn't like include her in ep 24. But I do like the storyline, acting and other characters so I don't regret watching it.
I am sorry but I don't agree with writer's theory about whats wrong and whats right.. Baek Ho Rang's ego or embarrassment…
I agree. A friend like Ji So Hyun is very hard to come by irl. I don't understand why BHR keeps pushing her away even though JSH took an initiative to reach out.
Did u watch episode 2? It was much better than the first.
Kdramas are usually good at grabbing your attentions in the first 2 episodes. I can more or less tell if I will enjoy it by then. But I am not dropping this completely bc of the actors/actresses.
My main problem is with the writing of 3 main characters we have seen so far. Maybe the writer will tone down in making all of them "unique" to try and grab people's attention (which sadly backfired for me). I am fine with 1 or 2 characters that are different but when all 3 main who occupy 90% of screentime are like that, the characters became unrelatable. I am sure the writer wrote their dialogues expecting viewers to feel that these characters have unexpected responses. But I am not surprised at how the dialogues are going.
The dubbing voices are low compared to background sounds so I can't hear them. If I turn up the volume to hear the voices, sound effects become too loud. I had to stop watching after 2 episodes because of the dubbing. I will wait until drama ends to see if it's worth the effort to overlook it.
I really want to like this because of the visuals. But my main problem is that the drama tried too hard to make everyone unique so the dialogues become awkward, choppy and boring. I have no idea what the drama trying to convey or what the plot is. To be honest, I don't care either. Normally I would drop such dramas, but I really want to watch Im Siwan again after Misaeng so I will come back to check the comments and reviews after the drama ends.
I find it funny people think HJP character can be male lead. It's pretty obvious early on that he is not, based on how the story is going. The drama is not bad if you are looking to kill your time. It's better than some of the other ones so I like it. Suzy's acting is kind of distracting and the rest are okay to good. I wish they do more with In Jae character. I enjoy watching Kang Han Na so I wouldn't have minded at all if the writer set up IJ and HJP as couple as the story progress. I would have loved to see that and I think people wouldn't be so upset about HJP.

I love all Shi Guang x Yu Liang scenes. They are so cute!
