So i felt like they both cheated the time loop? So when that 3rd loop happen they knew and decided not to meet each other until 2023 to break it. Still a good watch. The original is much more complicated and more emotional for me. But this adaptation is more easier to comprehend.

So after that meeting, they didn't talk for like a month but there is one thing for sure, and that is Joon still loved Doona and wants to win her back. So they've accidentally met at a hotel on Jeju Island where Doona is on vacation and Joon was having a sort of meeting (And Doona was kind of avoiding Joon when they met). Joon invited her for dinner, Doona refused, but Joon insist so they go to have a dinner. Joon then starts to flirt and tells Doona that they'll go on a date tomorrow morning. Joon waited Doona at the hotel for almost a week everyday but Doona didn't appear not until the last day. So he was so happy that she finally appear and they went on a date and they seem both happy. Doona knows she still loved Joon like before but he already made up her mind that he will not pursue Joon anymore because of their current state in life. When Joon was clearly showing an indication of reconciliation, Doona suddenly break the moment and tell's Joon that she already have a boyfriend. Joon was sad, devastated, and embarassed. But Doona just lied, she just did it to push Joon away once more. Because of a heavy rain they got stranded and just decided to go to Doona's hotel room and there they have a very long talk reminiscing about their prescious relationship back then. Then in the morning they have their goodbyes to each other, then Joon goes into the airport. He was so sad and thinking what will he do without Doona in her life. But then she saw Doona waving at him with a bright smile at the airport. Doona seemingly follow him. She gave her final words with Joon and also gave him an album which Doona co-produce. When Joon was on the plane, he open the album and then suddenly he cried again when he realized that the things written on the album was their love story which him and only Doona knows 🥲. Thats pretty much the end but there really more to it when you read the manhwa.

The webtoon has 3 seasons which is a total of 149 chapters. But on this adaptation they compressed that 149 chapters into a 9 eps 45 mins each so they kinda like overhaul the story. There are some major changes on some characters, especially Doona. She's not as problematic as the kdrama version and doesn't have a feelings towards the director. This is long so bear with me hehe. So how does the webtoon end? Basically Doona ghosted Joon. Season 1 is all about them meeting and getting to know each other until they fall in love. Season 2 is all about them being in a relationship while Doona also back in university together with Joon. Also on this season you'll see how much Doona love Joon. Then season 3 comes. There's a lot more towards the story so i suggest if you are interested then read it for me it was super good. So again season 3 comes, Joon has to serve the military and Doona doesn't want him to go but they had no choice. When Joon was on military they still meet occasionally on Joon's break maybe like 2-3 times but until then Joon cannot contact Doona anymore and he even go to the house where she live in and don't find anyone so he got ghosted. Years later i think 5? I don't remember exactly. After that they were able to meet in a fansign event where Joon got a ticket (someone gave it to him). Doona was now a very famous solo kpop idol. They reunite and Doona gave him a cellphone number where later on Joon called her to meet him and then they have a conversation about what happened to their relationship. Joon thought that Doona leaves him because of his selfishness but the reason actually is when Doona revealed that she got into a lawsuit and has a debt for huge amount of money. During those times Doona was helpless since Joon was on military. She become mentally and physically unstable and has to be hospitalized. She didn't tell those things from Joon during those times for a reason. So after truth comes they say sorry to each other were they bot emotional and go their on way. I'll put the 2nd part on the bottom.

I think they did end up here if you watch the clues clearly. They pretty much change the flow of the story in this adaptation.

So far all the complaints i'm seeing was LX being arrogant and jerk, so lot of people don't like to see those traits. And having a heavy break up mid part was not a thing to see for others either. Anyways it dropped down to 8.6 🥲.
