Hi, I’m 16 years old and watched my first drama when I was 10. While I occasionally watched a few here and there after that, I didn’t really start actively watching them until I was 13. Since then, my love for dramas has only grown, and I’m always looking for something new to watch—whether it's an old classic or the latest release.
What I look for in dramas usually depends on my mood. It can range from lighthearted, cutesy, and funny to deeply tragic and emotional. I’m especially drawn to complex characters and the chemistry between them—those relationships that feel real and pull you into the story. If a drama can make me care deeply about its characters, I’m hooked.
Some of my favorite non-Asian TV shows include:
I’m not really a movie person, but I try to watch at least a few movies a year. I’m more into binge-watching series than sitting through a whole movie, but I do enjoy a good film if it’s something that catches my attention. If you have any movie recommendations, though, I’m always open to hearing them!
When I’m not watching TV, you’ll probably find me reading, playing The Sims 4, or editing. I’m also into music, so I enjoy exploring soundtracks from my favorite shows and dramas, which sometimes become my study playlist.
I’m always open to recommendations, especially if it’s a drama with great character arcs or an interesting storyline. If you think I’d love something, feel free to share! I’m here to discover all sorts of hidden gems.
