The drama is so freaking good untill you Reach last 2 ep where it felt like a complete diff drama. Dont come up with reality excuse plz. I do like realistic things in drama. But come on just dont make the drama too stressful for the sake of Reality. Im dealing with reality already 24/7
Coming back to this since a drama i watched reminded of this . The reason i have watched this (no matter how much frustrating it was sometimes bcoz of FL's draggy crush for 2nd ML) & still completed it is because of Lu Shiyi, the ML. One of the best cdrama ML ever.
I got interested in this drama bcoz of the psychological + romance tagline. Not to mention the almost copy paste of its ok to not be ok poster. But damn this is a walmart version of IOTNBO. The plot is all over the place & chaotic. Not to mention FL's Acting. The reviews are eye wash for me. Good looking casts tho. Maybe they could've organised the plot in a better way

The only flaw i found in This drama is the amnesia trope. Even tho Only ML got his memory back it still felt so forced. Like u know idk memory regains never help with the " the feels of the living in that moment of the past". So im kinda disappointed

But there is this scene in the drama where sumn asked "despite going to africa, your skin is still so clear" & the man replied "i used lots of sunscreen. My leg is whiter than before".. This line just straight triggered me. Are we really making this type of statement in dramas? This is a straight up insult to a skin color. & ofc this isnt sumthing new. It was so good but so short. They cut out lots of kiss scenes & the ending was rushed af. It didnt even feel like ending. Was this on purpose or what. Give us more epis wtf 😭
I tried so hard to watch this drama but idk why i Couldn't. The acting of main leads wasnt clicking me. Tho i've seen ML in Meeting you & he was super good there. At the end i ended up watching second leads cut in yt bcoz that's the only thing i was interested in.

Probably. But still MTZ as a character i feel is more appealing to me. A character that wants me to watch the drama. I really used like his antics in ep 1-5. Amnesia arc was ok for me. But it kept going on & on that made me miss MTZ. I was like can MTZ just come back?
I feel like they could've shortened the amnesia arc. I kinda watched till ep 14 & straight went to ep 21 when he regains his memory. Tbh i find mu tingzhou's character more interesting than Grand tutor lol.
