It's been long time since I watched it so I don't remember much details but I didn't think otherwise coz I was pretty sure that it's just another time travel/manipulation drama so I didn't considered other possibilities. Yeah disappointed would be more appropriate term... I kinda struggled for rating coz I was legit confident I would give it 9.5 or even 10 (which I never give) but then last episode turn me off not because there wasn't fairy tale ending but I needed a proper closure with answers at the end.. as writer teased us from the beginning specially with whole who's Mr. Kim thing
The thing is I'm not annoyed by the fact they didn't end up together (which I'm btw) but the reason and circumstances seems so off, and forced... as if writer couldn't come up with any better idea and decided to make them miserable in last episodes, I mean just think if BYJ was in another department then he would never go to NYC, boom their relationship survived... I mean what was the whole point.. making it realistic, making is more memorable? but then it kinda destroyed whole foundation they build up, freaking healthy most beautiful relationship.

I mean they showed us how they came across every problem, challenge... they were fighting in whole god damn show being optimistic.. and they officially got together very late but I wasn't annoyed by that but heck what's this last episode breakup and we're left hanging.. it's so unsatisfactory, we viewers gone through a lot while watching it.. and that's definitely not the outcome I want.
