It's all well and good and convenient. I like that dynamics and connections between them. It's warm and comfortable. My feeling is they should say what they want to say as they do and not have to care too much.

I do plan to go to those sacred Cherry Magic sites some day. Hopefully traveling will be normal again. I usually travel to JP twice a year and I actually had to cancel my trip this year. So sad.
It seems I'm taking my Cherry Magic obsession to another level. First I was just going to put the OP and ED songs on a CD so I can listen to it while I drive. But then there's space left in the CD so I was like let me try to fill it up with something. Next thing I knew, I ended up putting the audio of ep 7 and 8 as well so I can listen to their confessions and Kurosawa's "suki... kawaii... suki... suki... daisuki..." But then there's still space left. I was like let put in part of the recent instagram live. *ahem* (I don't really know a whole lot of Japanese btw.)
And I was joking earlier about checking out the vest Adachi was wearing on his date but I actually did and bought a women version since the men version is sold out. I'm now trying to find out about his crossbody bag (because it's looking cute by the minute). I don't usually look into characters' accessories. I only buy drama related mags and media. What is happening to me.

I never give a 10 for any drama but I do think this drama deserves a 10 and I watched a lot of dramas. But what happens here is some admin who doesn't even watch the show but thinks 10 is to sway the rating so they take out all the 10. And I'm sure there are some haters who put in 1s which probably are taken out as well but I think there are a whole lot more 10 than 1.
It's sold out. I bought it from CD Japan and being charged with proxy fees which is fine. I have a proxy service I use as well and would pay probably more anyways.

Out of the 4 items, I'm being charged proxy fees for Machida's book and +act. I understand +act is sold out so that's fine but I'm not sure why Machida's book is under proxy category considering that it's being re-printed and readily available. I can aslo get Machida's book from Amazon but buying from two places would have me end up paying more in shipping. I may do that anyways (and that means I'm getting a 2nd copy) from Amazon to give him boost.
So I finally placed the order for Cherry Magic related stuff: Machida's photobook, Akaso's photobook, Cherry Magic OST, and +act December 20. Cost me $125 shipping included but I feel I want to return the favor to them, for being my source of serotonin. I already get the TV guide dan in shrink wrap on my shelf. It's not that I eager to ogle at hotties (which I do) but most of the stuff end up in shrink wrap on my shelf as collectibles. If they're coming out stuff I guess I'll have the pay more for shipping. *sigh*

Adachi is definitely open minded but it's nuanced that he's conscious of the stigma. In ep 6, Adachi felt uncomfortable disclosing that Kurosawa was staying at his place. He even was going to lie and said that they met on the way and was surprised when Kurosawa straight out said he stayed at his place. This was emphasized again in his way of confession. "We're both men and it's easier to be just colleagues." This series completely doesn't address preferences and touched gently on stigma. Maybe shame is a strong word but Adachi was feeling uncomfortable and quite conscious due to stigma. For me, by ways of confession, Adachi overcame his fear of relationship as well as the social stigma (because he's willing to take the uneasy route of dating a man.) That was in ep 7. I get that he came to terms and got over that. In ep 8, he still hesitated but that was because he was still getting used to the concept but he still wanted to express to Kurosawa that he was cool with it since Kurosawa had no way of knowing how Adachi was feeling. That was precisely why Kurosawa answered for Adachi thinking Adachi still felt uncomfortable about the relationship. Adachi understood this through Kurosawa's answer and wouldn't want Kurosawa to think that because that would hurt Kurosawa's feelings. Adachi became more mindful of Kurosawa's feelings. The scene in front of Adachi's house is a good example. Adachi was desperately flailing his arms to explain the misunderstanding before Kurosawa felt hurt.
