I like Tony when he was doing series but then he got big and went global with these artsy movies. I was never into those. I did Happy Together (gay theme) with Leslie Cheung. I have the dvd but watched like 10 minutes. He's good with comedies. Machida can be pretty hilarious too like Tony. I'm really really impressed with Machida by the day.

Then after seeing more clips of Machida, I realize he is not only versatile, he is extremely VERSATILE. I'm not impressed when actors can do good and bad guys. I'm more impressed when they can do other shades in between. Machida can transform into any character with ease, image wise, acting wise with his precise expressions. I think of him highly just like I think of Tony Leung.
