I was thinking about watching Guilty because I feel the same way about his acting and looks - lmao- but I wasn't…
I don't have Netflix anyways. I'm not willing to pay for it until they get Cherry Magic. But I'll keep my eyes on his future projects. I'm thinking if Machida and Akaso can't do BL, they can always do detectives dramas being aibou and all (shift brows up and down.) ;)

He truly is pretty good. That is why Akaso Eiji's acting looks even more mediocre.
The more I watch Machida, the more I feel his expressions are really exquisite. I found myself drawn to the looks in his eye, the wiggling of his brows, his sexy lips, the angles of his face, and the nuance in his voice. Why am I like this? ;)

I think Machida's role just has more meat but I admit, he's the only actor who can deliver that performance. I'm looking at the population of JP actors and yes, they're the only ones fitted for their roles.

How cute that u like him so much ^_^ but to say "a rare performane among Jp actors" is a stretch ^_^ but maybe…
I've been watching Jdramas since 2000 and back then I watched a whole bunch but I can't remember much aside from Nodame Cantabile, Jin, Kekkon Dekinai Otoko, Hotaru no Hikari, Brother Beat, Majo no Jouken, Yasha and Glass Mask. Actors I like are getting old. I just watched some of Tamaki's Ways of Househusband and I was like sure time flies.

For me, dramas are aplenty but not many I want to see. I've scaled back since because I got tired of mediocre dramas but in the heart of hearts, I personally still rate highly HK dramas in the 80s and JP dramas among other ones. Now I only watch the ones with visual I like at first glance, first and last ep. It's true I didn't pay much attention to expressions of other actors when I was drunk on them. I thought they were hot, that's it. But I didn't think Machida is hot. He only became hot after I watched him. The fact that he's actually hot is icing on the cake. I don't rate JP actors highly on the emotional expressions. Maybe because I didn't watch that many weepy or angst-filled Jdramas or rather ones that didn't leave a deep impression or I missed out ones that I considered not so hot. But among the ones I like, I paid attention to Machida and I still don't know why. That is not to say I will follow his dramas. I love Cherry Magic and his combination with Akaso and I think highly of this drama. So I may not like some thing less than how I feel about this drama.

Sorry, I hate Guilty. Reason why I only watch 1st and last ep. Crazy sis was out to ruin brother getting together with his girl and you know why. I personally don't like dark survival themes like Borderland so maybe next time. It's getting too common in JP movies/dramas landscape.

41 minutes is too long so I'll summaries the points. DEEP SQUAD interviews Machida Keita san for their LINE live…
Keita played it down like how he has to play elite Kurosawa and it's difficult. I was thinking to myself yeah, you're a super elite in real life. Kurosawa is like a step down, buddy. Then I picked up two words, "yasashi kokoro". It's a damn shame considering I've been listening to JP for a good 23 years watching anime/Jdramas.
I checked out that "Guilty" drama or whatever Keita starred in before this. From MDL, he plays supporting but in actuality, it's a main role. The thing is I only managed to watch first ep and last ep (because the plot is kind of crazy and I'm not feeling it) but I got a good idea of his skills. His on point expressions is a rare performance among the JP actors I've seen. As far as I'm concerned, he's a very versatile actor that can take on different roles and genre because he has the handsome face, perfect physique, and the ability to convey a complete spectrum of emotions and expressions. It's either that or I'm too drunk on him to be objective. Not long ago when I looked at Eiji and Keita, I was like they look like some other actors I know. Now I'm like OMG Eiji has the cutest, most innocent and charming smile. He's such an angel. OMG Keita is so attractive and he's looking sexier by the minute. His acting is the best among JP actors. (hearts in eyeballs) I don't know if this feeling will wear off some time or will be undone at some point but for now, I'm pretty drunk.

Adachi's motives confuse the hell outta me, I don't blame Kurosawa for feeling so conflicted that he just had…
Getting into relationship is this big big wall that Adachi has to climb over. If Kurosawa actually pursues him aggressively, he probably would go along with it. But Kurosawa approaches him in a respectable distance. It's important that he should know what he wants. At this point, he doesn't. He should in ep 7.

I really want to say this. Without Akaso and Machida this drama wouldn't be as exciting as it is. Storyline and…
Absolutely. In fact if it wasn't them I saw, I probably wouldn't watch it. At first glance, they're both very good looking (not as in I'm attracted to them but as in great eye candies.) And after watching them, I've developed an attraction to them as a pair. While I think acting is important which they have delivered an outstanding performance, chemistry is also key. The fact that Machida is so Kurosawa in real life, this helps Asako feels that inferior complex genuinely. Also, the fact that Asako is pure, cute, and sweet in real life, it helps Machida feels what Kurosawa was feeling. I doubt the effect would be the same if it's Machida and another actor or Asako and another actor. For me, it's not just a good bl (because I don't seek out bl to watch), I think it's an excellent romantic drama. In fact it's the best one I've seen across the board. I'm a romantic so this is up my alley. What I love most about this is the main couple has amazing chemistry, there's just enough fluff and angst, not overly dramatic, and no unnecessary subplots. It's the perfect romantic drama I've been looking for since the beginning of time.

Hey guys, who can translate this live stream of Machida Keita and Akaso Eiji?https://youtu.be/L1kj6kPh5tk
I watched bits of the translated part and watched this a few times to the point where I know where the bits of translations come from. I do hope someone will do full translation at some point. They're so cute talking together like that.

I have to say that this drama has exceeded manga version quite a lot. I love the manga, but this drama got me…
Some live action dramas can do much better than manga/anime version. This is one of them. Personally, I'm not feeling the art style from the manga though I think the story is great. The good looking cast and great acting certainly help tremendously.

There's no doubt in my mind that without Keita and Eiji, this drama wouldn't be as good as it is. Their combination…
I did look through his dramas but didn't find any that I want to watch. Maybe I will check to kill some time while waiting for ep 7. It's good research material too I guess. :)

Alright now that I've been able to rewatch the episode at my own pace I have some things to say about Kurosawa.…
There's no doubt in my mind that without Keita and Eiji, this drama wouldn't be as good as it is. Their combination just works. Keita impresses me every time with his rich and detailed expressions that describes exactly how he's feeling. I'm so invested because they can portray emotions that I can feel and relate to. They're simply amazing. This is the first time I strongly feel the need to pay attention to characters' expressions in dramas this much.

So I have been rewatching episode 5 and just noticed in this episode that it seems kurosawa is avoiding adachi.…
I noticed. He let Adachi went home in the rain and he didn't look at Adachi at the copier then when he left for being sick. If Adachi didn't call out to him, he wouldn't have noticed.
