I think so. Its more about their actions than their words.

Well it's not perfect, but I think it's solid watch. Some don't like the lack of obvious romance, but you can see and "feel" it. Also the synapsis talking about a "witch" which she is not. She is a descendent of a great female hero and is going to the sect to learn more. I liked the fight scenes and that she is no damsel in distress, also both are kinda cunning and intelligent.

I have watch only around 1/3 of the show. I wouldn't necessarily say he is sabotaging it. He definitely doesn't approve of them, which might change later, because he isn't happy under their mother's rule either.

As far as I know, I think she is adopted. Not that creepy, yet still creepy if you grow up as brother and sister.
