I love how they gave a redeeming arc for Zhou Ru Yin. If I am correct, it is the first show that tried to understand the female evil character, and didn't just kill her off. Watching her get buried was sort of satisfying, but the twist made it even better.
The death of Nobel Consort is bringing up the same emotions as the death of Han Yan's mother, Ruan Xi Wen and the departure of her confidant Chai Jing. It was nice for a bit that she is made to rely on herself. But, how many supporters would anyone lose realistically? This is getting too much for me.
Both the shows I am currently watching make me wanna quit over something. I really need to watch a new show.
Princess Ming Yue is such an annoying character that it makes me wanna quit watching this show. Both the shows I am currently watching make me wanna quit over something. I really need a new show to watch.
I love Xiwen & her death breaks my heart but I will keep watching the drama as I want Hayan & YunXi to expose…
Zhuang Yu Chi's death (that too the way he died) was like a sugary treat after the bitter medicine of Ruan Xi Wen's death.
Let's face it: Ruan Xi Wen's death was a good plot device that aligned Zhuang Han Yan with Fu Yun Xi. It was beautiful that Fu Yun Xi wished Zhuang Han Yan freedom when she walked out on him. There is no way Zhuang Han Yan would have walked back to the capital if she had the home (Ruan Xi Wen) that she had always wanted.
I am half-minded about dropping it after the death of Ruan Xi Wen.
It f**king broke me, she finally gets out of the wheelchair and the hell on earth that is Zhuang Mansion, all just to die? That too, by a method Ruan Xi Wen and Yuwen Chang An would have been able to see through?
Should I drop it? Did anyone feel the same way after the death of Ruan Xi Wen?
Pros - 1. Teng Muren's stylist for the show 2. The advertising team for BB vitamins 3. Main couple. Overall cute,…
The second couple should have never been a couple. Even if we were to accept the romantic relationship between step-siblings, the younger one does not have healthy feelings towards the older one, it is bordering on obsession and could be resolved through help. They should have either toned down his obsession and made it just like another unrequited love. Or, they shouldn't have ended the show with the two of them getting together. Because this is definitely not a romantic feeling, it comes across more as an obsession with the older stepbrother because he was the only one who gave him a sense of family, affection and care.
The show is so adorable that I didn't notice the first two times that I was watching, but doesn't it look awkward when Xu Qi Zhang touches his neck when he gets flustered or shy? It feels so unnatural.
Started watching it now! I love the reborn trope, that I watch even shitty ones. I think this one is going to ruin me. I can never settle for shitty versions after this.
