In my case whenever i leave a drama in between i have this hope that i might return in future so i never read spoilers or watch any youtube videos related to the particular drama... but i never completed them..XD

Ohh yes.. cheese in the trap should be considered here. Even i don't get it why the ML gets everything even being such a psycho. I watched it till ep 11 bcoz i couldn't see seo kang joon suffer anymore being such a funny and nice guy.

I completely disagree with the fact everyone is stating that there is no chemistry between them. If u remember the initial episodes then in one of the scenes when dalmi was explaining something while playing go go something game HJP gets exactly what she was trying to say. 2nd when HJP comes and helped dalmi open her bottle and edit her script, in that dalmi was intimidated and even said that she got weird idea that maybe HJP was interested in her. And in the initial episodes there were a lot of hints which said that if she would have got to know the real identities earlier the result would be completely different.
Anf actually we can relate it with love alarm also... if shield wont be there the ending would have been different.

I found ML's approach very manipulative and selfish in startup so that's the reason i was disappointed. And if i mention some other dramas so true beauty was quite similar in story with startup but Atleast the SLS hit me in the second half so it was not that severe. But in reply 1988 when deok sun chose choi taek i accepted it bcoz of the confession jung hwan made in his jeep that how he was always hesitant in expressing his feelings. But recently when i started rewatching it i couldn't get past the 5th episode coz jung hwan is the one for me.
And u mentioned about dr. Stranger but i haven't watched it so i couldn't say anything.

I know love triangles are as old as the hallyu wave started but earlier we cried because we got hit with SLS but still are convinced that ML and FL are meant to be and there were justifications which satisfied those pairings. But as i said recently kdramas are making it painful to watch them bcoz SML is portrayed way better than ML( and plz don't take it in a way that he is rich and ruthless) and he sacrifice so much for the FL and all that...
The biggest greatest example is startup. The execution and all the effects were so good in that show but this love triangle thing made me cry like a child from 6th episode to 16th episode.
So if u r thinking of watching startup watch it on your own discretion. This is the only kdrama i am not going to rewatch ever.

I don't understand why every other kdrama is focusing on love triangle recently. And they r not even giving the satisfying ending. I was so excited for this show but i didnt watch it bcoz of my exams but today after my exams got over i binged watch it and it made me sick. Literally...
I mean the chemistry was so good between sun ho and jojo in first season. Why the hell do they have to twist it like this in 2nd season...
I don't know why writers are doing this to the viewers but it was so painful. It gave me such a bitter feeling i don't want to try to look at any other drama anymore

When I started watching this, till 7-8 episode it was going pretty well like 9.5/10 but then they started to include SLS thing and it disappointed me a little but it was still fine as I have gone through a big heartbreak in startup and true beauty is a little version of that. But what really pissed me off is kang soo jin transformation. No, i am not saying i hate her but i loved her in the initial episodes and i really hoped that writer won't make it a cliche story by making SLM a kind hearted person and SLF a bitch but that's exactly what happened:(
I accepted it and moved on but then what just happened in 14 episodeXD. When i saw suho leaving and story taking a different turn it was like watching ending episodes of boys over flowers where ML lost his memory. I mean it was not at all needed. I know getting what u expect is not exciting but i still wanted more of LJG scenes where she accept herself and motivate others to not think that being ugly according to others doesn't mean u r any less beautiful. The scene where she accepted her relationship with suho and take a strong stand for herself in front of bullies was amazing but that was it. I see many people are only concerned about HSJ but there are other flaws too acoording to me. But still i liked this drama. It was a good watch initially and ok ok in second half.
I know u guys hate me to bring startup here again but i just think that this drama did justice to its title and not make it all about SLS thing.

I know.. i think i should just wait for ITSAY 2 now... nothing else can save me;)
But movies like this is quite good for a change..

I'll try but honestly i didn't like bl as such but when i watched ITSAY i just couldn't get out of that bubble and it's been two months now i am trying other bl series but i always end up comparing everything to ITSAY and that's the reason whenever I find someone who loves ITSAY just like me then i ended up asking for recommendations but i know there is nothing like that. Still thanks for recommendation

So i just watched this movie and oh my god i was on the edge of my seat in the last 15 minute. So i was predicting that young woo would have killed hee won and would actually commit suicide while playing the role. This ending would turn out to be a nice ending but what they actually gave us was phenomenal... it's a good option who want to see lgbtq movie but not a bl as such.

I was checking out your comments because ur recommendations are perfect for my taste but sadly i have watched all the movies/dramas u mentioned...

Well if that happens it will take this drama to another height but as u already mention expecting a lgbtq element is quite too much to expect from kdramas
And moreover i think woo shik till now has quite an imp. role in the drama and tae seems to be added to give a humorous touch in second lead couple's story so i highly doubt this theory but i am all in to ship them tooo...:D

After watching 1st episode I thought this drama is going to be so so... and im shi wan's character kind of confused me in the beginning... but thank god i give the second episode a chance and now i really want to watch all the episodes altogether. When in the beginning of the first episode dan ah said i am crazy i thought she is going to play a clingy SFL but now she is the best character out there in the drama.<3 let's just say she's becoming my role model. I want to become as crazy as her.
And i just can't help but remember choi taek (park bo gum) as I watch seon gyeom making that cute 'i don't know' face again and again.:))))

If you are looking for funny high school drama with lots of romance then I would recommend 3 dramas i.e., extraordinary you, reply 1988 and reply 1997.
But if you are a veteran in asian dramas like me then u must have already seen them.:P

Wow... what a coincidence.. i just started that yesterday.. after watching 5 episodes i am thinking of dropping it. It's a great drama but ITSAY has raised the bar so high that I just am not liking any other drama. I think it's better to not watch anything else i would end up dropping every other show. But thanks for the recommendation:)
