Why isn't anyone talking about Ren Jialun's amazing acting tonight? wow, the hand that was holding Wei du's hand actually shook violently as Wei Du disappeared!
YDD is Yunxi's soul in a new body (still looks like her). However, she doesn't have her past memories and was…
I quite agree with that, but, to say yunxi and ydd are different people, I can't think of a reason. If in the story, the case of Yunxi and YDD is raincarnation, not transmigration where a new soul enters a person's body. He did lose his memory, but a person suffering from amnesia would not change/regarded as another person, and also for personality, they were indeed different because the environment they grew up in was also different, however, their basic personalities remained the same. Also, to say luyan only considers ydd as a replacement, how is that possible? Luyan had started to have feelings for ydd before he found out that she was yunxi and because of that he went through a hesitating phase. But, how can a new person be able to replace the position of savior, love, as well as the 'child' that he has fought for for 3000 years? If so, wouldn't luyan be considered a bastard in goddess Yunxi's rebirth story?
To be honest, until now I didn't understand, why would anyone think that YDD is not Yunxi? YDD's soul is Yunxi. Brands share the same soul, even the same body. If you want to use the parable of the wine in the container, what is different is the container, not the contents. So how is Yunxi not YDD?
but what's wrong with DOTS?) I don't understand, there are lot of comments here saying "watch it, it's not dots"…
You do not know? Haha, that's because too many people (whether kdrama fans or not) say it's similar to dots and are even reluctant to watch it and think it's copying dots.
Okay, I know dots are popular. But, can they stop saying another drama that has the same theme embraces them? This is what makes many commentators write warnings here. Besides ... this story was written long before the dots aired. So how can a writer trace it? Did the writer time travel?
It's nothing like DOTS actually. Just watch a few episodes.
haha, it's nothing, I just feel that every country has actors / actresses who have good acting qualities, some are mediocre and some (sorry) rely on faces, popularity, and luck.

FOR PEOPLE WHO STILL HESITATE TO WATCH THIS DRAMA BECAUSE OF ITS MIRROR WITH DOTS, try to watch and give it a chance, it's a different and extraordinary story.
FOR THOSE WHO ALREADY WATCHED AND STILL TRYING THIS STORY MIRIP WITH DOTS, please remember! It is adapted from a best-selling novel in China, and was written long before dots existed.
Now. Who still thinks this story is a copy / plagiarism / remake of the dots? please, this drama is adapted from a novel that was published in 2012.
I loved DOTS to the point that I re-watch it several times already. The main leads of both dramas have the same…
I don't know what you mean by those different preferences, but I guess that's 'yes' because I sometimes feel Korean dramas are less realistic to me - umm, like I sometimes feel their portrayal of characters is too perfect and too concerned with fashion (you know a lot of drakors where the main character is an incapable person, but they still look so fashionable and luxurious.) For this the Chinese drama is more down to earth to me. And yes, side characters generally have more of their own role and light in Chinese dramas than Korean dramas.
I know it's childish, but I wonder which one is better between this and dots? Oh, I'm asking this because there are a lot of people comparing the two and I want to figure out whether I should try to re-watch the dots or not (I dropped it at the start of the episode and now I'm interested in watching it because a lot of people compare the two - I really want to see how much are the vibe similarity and similarity of the two)
in fact, this drama is adapted from a novel that was 'born' before the dots existed. This isn't a dots remake, it's just ... ummm, pretty much the same profession?
I am really impressed at how well GXT portrays Ban Hua. I've only watched her in Untouchable Lovers finished the…
Oh, in UL he and SWL actually acted pretty well in the first half of the drama, but in the second half of the drama I couldn't even finish the story — I mean, it's too messy in the second half of the drama. It's like the writer wants to mess up the script himself, and their hairstyles are really weird (I felt like I was looking at the clay / jade dolls that are usually sold in the market). Maybe that also made people skeptical of her appearance? GXT is beautiful in the role of Ban Hua and she is beautiful in natural make-up.
And yes, apart from UL I have never watched any of his other dramas and Romcom is not my favorite genre. I'm watching this because the novelist is one of my favorite writers and I'm quite satisfied with how he plays Ban Hua. So I really can't imagine how an actress who plays the character "silly and cute sweet white" plays the character of a "reckless woman who is relaxed, free, arbitrary, but smart and kind."
how does ML has the tally? why does princess plan her own death?
I don't know for sure about military placards. But, the great princess did it all because she knew that her life would not be long and that no one protected ban family after she left. So she made this arrangement to squeeze the last value out of himself - make his death happen for protecting the emperor, and make the Emperor look after the ban family.
No matter how brilliant she executes this role, there will still be haters. In all, she shouldn't mind them. Half…
Yes, I know it's natural. But it still sucks for me to always read reviews that carry a particular artist and say he or she is more worthy of this role.
The GXT plays its part very well. She looks funny, arrogant, and domineering without being stupid / annoying.
She described Ban Hua's figure quite well. So I don't understand why there are still many people who say she is not suitable and that certain artists are better suited (for this role)?
I'm getting kinda tired of the two leads trying to dodge endless marriage proposals from people they don't like…
If I remember correctly, in the novel it is written that the emperor is a suspicious person. So he had to be careful in everything, and marrying Ban Hua might put the emperor on his guard.
And yes, General Ban and Father RX were close friends and the two of them probably ended up in the emperor's hands. And because of that, the great daughter educated her son to be a vain person (not pursuing power and achievement. Only likes eating and playing.)
