Different genres require different standards of judgment. I’m obviously not going to rate a deliberately over the top, entertaining omegaverse by the same standards I’d use for an award worthy drama. Sometimes people just want something light and entertaining, and if a show succeeds at entertaining them, they’ll rate it highly. It’s really not that mysterious. People are rating how much they enjoyed it, not submitting it to the Emmys 😂

Don’t get me wrong, It’s not bad at all, but it’s also not really that great either. It does its job, it’s kinda entertaining, but it just doesn’t have that spark I was expecting 🙁
BUT Brother in Law is hot as hell and SO much more of a green flag than I expected 😂 That man is really holding the whole thing together for me just by being there and looking like that.
I’ll definitely keep watching because I still want to see where this goes, but out of all the series airing right now, this is the one I’m least obsessed with.
