i wasn’t expecting to like and enjoy this as much as i did! i am definitely including this to my rewatch list!! i haven’t really given a 9 to a korean drama in a while cuz nothing’s been hitting as much so far, but this did it for me.. every character was so memorable, i lowkey feel like i got attached bc it felt like i was with them lol.. i wish we had one more episode cuz the ending, even though was great, felt a little rushed imo. it was still a really good watch overall!

yes, it was a slow-paced comfort drama! i’d say the pace was actually perfect

it’s been 5 years, but this is still one of my favorite costume dramas! it’s definitely not perfect and it had quite a few flaws, but this is one of the very few dramas i could rewatch over and over and still never get tired of it.. also how could i ever get over ashile sun?!

xiao cao and xiaoyi cp was the real deal, they made the show better.. felt like they were the only ones who truly understood the purpose of this show. i also liked didi, she’s probably one of best casts i’ve seen in a dating show!

william was just annoying for almost the entire time like how can someone be so full of themselves ???? it would be better if the cp he’s trying to get in between is one sided but they were pretty much obviously set from the beginning (literally everyone knows that) and he’s just there ruining it for them lol

i was wondering why this was getting so much hype and whether the high rates were really well deserved, but i finally get it after watching it! i haven’t watch a good costume drama that didn’t bore me in a while! i wasn’t so hooked and interested at first but now im out here hoping there were more episodes!! 😩i can definitely see myself rewatching this in the future, it was so good from start to end and im not even exaggerating
