heyya someone help me understand -- in the first ep he got a text from Gi Tae saying that they are going out to drinking together -- then in ep 2 he calls his friends and asks for Wan's number-- what's going on??

is there any straight romance here? it is supposed to BL-censored-into-bromance so if they made it straight then kinda kills the point of the story -- please let me know -- as long as their is no straight romance I can still tolerate watching it sadly

Update so I actually really liked this one and obviosuly seeing N was a whole ahh bonus for me
Hope this gets turned into some movie or something because the scenes cuts need to be put into a movie-form to make it smoother
Overall a great watch with a great plot and maybe room for an actual longer series -- the idea is good (to almost great if implemented)

I know some of you might come for me but I can't get over the fact that the actual Justitia fell for Daon because she is clearly too old for him and thinking about them together in their real looks (appearances) made me feel a bit too sick. Bitna and Daon makes sense but Justitia (the real older lady) HELL NO! Everytime they were together I had to force myself to forget that this is Justitia and think of her as the real Kang Bitna instead -- otherwise I abso-effing-lutely loved this series (and finally a good kiss from PSH😭)
The romance was necessary because of the tension and sort of chemistry but the fact that she is old in age and looks was a bit too sickening for me -- good that the on-screen actress was PSH instead of Oh Na Ra -- or I'd be screaming at Daon for having mommy issues (which inevitably felt like the case as the story still stands since he felt for Justitia)
Btw Oh Na Ra is a great actress but I would not put her woth KJY as a couple errrr
Religious-wise heavy on the inaccuracies as always but overall a really good watch! Please dont make religious assumptions based on series and movies yall watch people -- these are super wrong in almost every possible way!

If there is a s2 i hope the real kang bitna comes back and justitia leaves and daon ends up with bitna so it feels more right lol (i just cant stand the thought of him ending up with an old-looking demon tbh regardless of the feelings -- and yes yes i know there are people with 20 and 30 years age gaps happily married and all but that really isnt something to be supported of because it's so wrong on so many levels😭)

i had really high expectations for this when i started bc of how good it was but the way the latter part of the series was just so messy made me feel tired to watch the series and sometimes i even skipped watching it all together because i knew it wasnt gonna add any joy to my life anymore -- imagine going from excited for new episodes to completely ignoring the eps when they have been released -- a very sad experience

i dont hate anything about the actors or anything but i dont like the storyline like it is not for me... i like the secretary and the friend's storyline better -- the main storyline made me angry because how tf did that guy not recognize her just because she had a wig on?? so I prefer the second couple over the first
but i love their acting and it is effing funny but just not the storyline about a CEO who is supposed to be super smart being the most oblivious guy in the world when it came to the girl... it just didn't make any sense to me
again to reiterate I love the acting but i dont like the main plot

I think the main couple's sexual tension is insane but chemistry wise CC has greater chemistry with CY and CC also has chemistry with the doc

same and the misunderstandings kept getting dragged for way too many episodes which was unnecessary -- at what point I was screaming at the screen "the world doesn't revolve around you! get over it!!!!" like that scene when CC and CY started hitting WS's brother and he thought that CC would never get angry for him I was just angry with the whole series
the second couple was good but a lot of space for improvement esp the kisses cuz why the doctor so tight-lipped??
also did yall notice how the only time a misunderstanding was cleared was when CC told Wei that he hates him while in jail and then sent a note through CY saying he doesnt like brooooooo could you have not done that the whole series?????? you can communicate while still in jail but not when you're both in person???? make it make sense ughhhhhhhhhhhhhh my stress levels lol

if this was on purpose then wow i dont know what to think but if it was a mistake then it's hella funny

the dedication is unreal but appreciate it tho (i wanted to make a review on WBL the first time but was too lazy and ever since never did a review on anything but wow I really admire you)

personal unpopular opinion -- it started off great but once they started dating I felt like the story just went downhill and CC wasn't as hungry for Wei as much as in the start?? I also think CC has more chemistry w/ CY than with Wei. But then Tian Xu Ning has great chemistry with anyone he is on screen with. Also gotta mention that if it wasn't for the ban China would defo be one of the best (actually the best given it is a huge country!) BL producing countries in the world bc since before the ban the acting in BLs has almost always been great! Hopefully they lift the ban and I can finally get the rest of Addicted Heroin please 😭

Jimmy and Sea are one of GMMTV's main couple but you'll notice that because they are the calmest and most mature couple that you won't find much of their interactions -- this is similar to Khao and First because they are a quiet couple of GMMTV

I'm not a fan of couples as I believe that they are actors and as actors they should be able to and have the freedom to be paired up with other people but because of toxic fans actors these days get stuck with one acting partner and can't explore their skills and chemistry with other people because of that -- personally Singto, Gun, Khao, First, Ohm, Mix, and so many other GMMTV actors are great actors and can literally be paired up with a tree and have so much chemistry but because of the newer "couple" trend they just don't get to explore and we get to only see them with the same actors over and over -- eg: Gun and Sing in NOT ME had so much chemistry, Nanon and Jimmy in Bad Buddy had so much chemistry, Mix and First had chemistry too in Moonlight Chicken. There is so much potential here that has been wasted and I'm so upset and sad about it. I want to see my faves in more dynamic roles with different people 😭
