Sameee. This show is sometimes hard to watch, knowing I have made the same mistakes.

The fight that Jae-won and Nabi had at the start was so intense. It was the first time we saw Nabi being brave and saying what she wanted to. She called him out so hard, even Jae-won looked taken aback. He finally seemed to not look so calm either, he got pretty riled up. I was glad to see some emotion from him.

But he's not and that's the whole point. Lust and excitement makes us all blind!

I agree with you a lot. I want to see things from his perspective, that would make things clear. Until that, it's all hear say.

I think it's started already. His hair. His phone number and the 2 guys in the tennis field talking about how he looks so 'pure' (wth was that about) and doesn't seem to hangout with girls anymore. It was funny but, we'll see when the REAL development happens. lol.

Same. I also like slow burn and sweet relationships. I would choose the SML. I mean both of them are super good looking, so there is no comparison in that. I would like to have someone who loves me a lot and truly cares for me. Also the relationship that burns too hot at the start tends to go out faster too.

He seems intense, quite guy type rather than charming or fun (as Nabi described him). He also seems sad a lot of the time and definitely does not show one ounce of emotion towards anything. Except smiling sometimes (which also seems fake, most of the time).

That is so messed up. I hope that's not the case here. I cannot root for someone who thinks of people like that and does not respect anyone's feelings.

Especially when he smiles when he's not really not happy? He seems sad to me too. I can't tell if he is a bad guy or just misunderstood. I'm trying to look at the show only from the show's perspective and not the webtoon. He seems okay till now. Nabi is consenting to everything, so there's no problem. I mean the show is called 'I KNOW, BUT.' So there will be plenty of buts. We need to get know him more. Everything is from Nabi's perspective. But what if she is an unreliable narrator? or what if she's not?

Yes exactly! She just want to keep him around but at the same time it makes her super anxious. She has known it from the start and still got involved. Also she was the one who told him to keep their relationship private. He’s not really at fault. He said what he wanted and she accepted that.

But you know, how she doesn’t ask him anything about himself? She is so afraid that if she pushes him to talk, he won’t bother with her. That’s the biggest issue in the relationship. If you feel like that constantly and you walk on eggshells around them, how is the relationship worth it? It just ruins your self-esteem!

That is because their story is being narrated by Nabi. So we only see Jae-won when she does. It’s all her perspective. The truth for a lot of things can be different.

Same I genuinely thought that she was missing him so much that she imagined him. And then it turns out he’s really there. And I immediately was like ‘this is such a weird coincidence, what is he doing there?’

Exactly! You know when I feel like people stop living their lives on their terms? When they change something that was truly their own. For me, it’s my ability to love. I wish I never stop loving even if I have horrible experiences. That’s what I want for Nabi too. She’s nice, sweet, shy and beautiful. She not conniving and truly herself, that is why she falls in love so easily. It’s her charm and one day she will realise that she must protect that part of herself and never let it change.

There is a second male lead in the story. So there will definitely be a love triangle. I’m super excited about the second lead.

She does have underlying issues, but then who doesn’t? I really wish she gets selected for the foreign exchange program and goes to Paris to fulfill her dream. Let’s see what happens!

Maybe she is doing it because this time she has some sort of control of the situation. Whatever happens she is not left in the dark and made into a fool, like the last time. This time she will be the fool on her own accord. It’s her responsibility. But looking at it from a realistic perspective, I get why she’s doing what she’s doing. Who wouldn’t want to get involved with guy who is so handsome and clearly interested in you? When we meet someone in real life, we don’t necessarily think that we will end up with them. You can never really predict how a situation will go. Maybe this will help her realise her own worth and date someone healthy! She will also find out if she’s made for this hookup culture or not. The story seems to be from her perspective and her life/ journey. I just hope she is happy at end, alone or with someone.
