The best family chinese drama!!! 10/10 I love all the characters even the Dad and the ex wife of Yicheng. I can relate to Yicheng so much. I am not the eldest yet when there’s problems at home they always run to me for help. It is stressful and tiring. I can so relate when he said that he wished to live his life for himself. Easy to say yet hard to do, it’s not like you can turn your back on your siblings when they are having a hard time. I cried bucket of tears and laugh so much as well. The dad was such a character. I like him actually because he is very relatable. I saw a lot of dads like him growing up.

All in all this drama is worth to watch!!!

Thank you for this review. I’m currently on ep 3 and was thinking of dropping this drama cause the female lead’s voice is so annoying and and yeah cringy??? But after reading your review I may continue to watch few more eps to see if it will get better.

This is my very first short length series that i like. I can understand the flow of the story very well. The scenes were not cut randomly to the point that the story don’t make sense anymore. This one is very well made. Worth watching!!!

He will be my no. 1 actor from China. I enjoyed sword snow stride and joy of life. I’ll be checking out his other works for sure!

Just finished flourish in time and didn’t know he’s a newly debuted actor. Looking forward to his future peojects.

I stopped watching at ep 7. I think i will wait til this is over so i can just skip the boring parts.

It’s not just you. I feel the same. I find the romance aspect of this drama boring. The ML can act but the FL is well not that good in acting, i guess. I like the SFL more.
