Title The Oath of Love
watched this bc of yang zi, stayed for her and xiao zhan. both are good at acting. this drama was so sweet that i finished it in 2 days. to me, i find ool better than go go squid bc its less cringey. i love ggs and watched it multiple times but now I've found something else to rewatch.

The "racism" in this is ridiculous.
im assuming u mean the demon/devil generally being viewed as the bad/evil ones by the so called righteous sects?

I really want to forget about this drama, not because I dont like it but bc I love it so much that I want to experience the initial feelings I had from this drama once again. All the restlessness from wanting to know what happens next, goosebumps, and many other emotions;(

guys im sad, I tried to get my friend to watch it and im not getting the reaction I was hoping for. We just finished ep 19 but she said she's not invested in the whole story. She feels everything is dragged out (she doesn't like the misunderstandings and scenes w/o the main leads) which is upsetting bc I found the plot captivating from the start. Should she continue or drop it? The upcoming episodes are one of my favs but Im scared that she still won't like it and pick out and comment on minor flaws like she usually does...

Title Love and Redemption Spoiler
finished the drama and I loved it, but im curious as to why xi Xuan (si Feng when he was an immortal) protected the god of war and gave up power to accompany her to the mortal realm. was it ever explained in the story? imo it would've explained the sacrifices he made for her in the 9 lives and made their love story more compelling
