Li Hong Bin is the epitome of an ideAl husband! If only there are guys like him in real life..Swoon? Faithful, protective, caring, loving and oh sooo handsome. Him being such an eye candy will really hook you up to this drama.

Xiong Xi Ruo is sweet and cute. The ML and FL chemistry was totally endearing up to the point that it’s almost enviable. The supporting casts also gave a great performance.

The story is feel-good and one that is full of life lessons especially about family morals and values which gives this funny romantic drama a high re-watch value.

I totally agree.. there should have been a fine line between virtuousness and fatuosness but Prince Lan Ling failed…
Exactly! If it wasn't for Yang Shi Shen who voiced out his suspicions about Zheng Er faking everything, Prince Lan Ling wouldn't have suspected her. He did not even considered the thought that maybe his wife was really telling the truth. Then after finding out that indeed Zheng Er has been behind all the evil schemes going around, all Prince Lang Ling did was left her in the forest. Darn! That's the only price he made her pay for putting his wife in danger.. (since being beaten and raped in the forest just happened naturally and not as per Prince Lan Ling directions) useless ML!!! Arrgh he really got into my nerves!

The ML was hands down the worse thing about the drama for me. I rarely have second lead syndrome....as a matter…
I totally agree.. there should have been a fine line between virtuousness and fatuosness but Prince Lan Ling failed to distinct the truth from the lies. Not only him, even Yang Xue Wu was kind of irritating at times for being too saintly which I think was already out of line. And the development of the story was also disappointing since after all the mishaps Zheng Er created, she just died easily like that while our heavenly maiden whose been an angel all throughout, had the same terrible fate as the evil witch. So what moral values is this drama trying to convey to the viewers? Seems to me like the story just glamorized the act of deception. If Yang Xue Wu married Emperor Yuwen Yong instead, perhaps he could have protected her heart and life more. Prince Lan Ling did not prioritize Xue Wu like he should since he was too busy being the righteous God Of War, puting other people ahead of his wife, then he shouldn't have gotten married in the first place!
