actually , i was thinking the scene in the funeral happened to both of them . She wouldn't recall it , as she was at her fathers funeral , made to cry by that money lady. And a guy came and offered condolence and talk to her. With all the flaws in going back to time and all the timelines affected and so on , whatever they show and make all of them live , wont be hard to pull off and they wouldn't even need to explain how it was done.

Again , we all knew she would have planned it to save him . The execution is not the main point here. All the surrounding things and what happened after that was the interesting thing. Like how she asked help from her uncle , showing he is kind , how each of them cares , how he want ina to find out and save her.. Ina helping her dad and so much more.

Dong hee becoming slim , yep this is the biggest issue . You seem to have understood the main issue and what the show is offering .

For all those mentioning Bok Dong Hee transformation sudden , are we watching the same show ? The show is not focused on her wright loss and has many things going on with so many characters. And for her the weight loss and gain are all related to how she understands her better , how others would treat her differently, even bonding with a shady character like Grace. Are everyone expecting, what happens to her and how everyone thinks of her ,step by step here lossing maybe 5kg each. I am not trying to say her character is not important. The show is about human emotions, and not to be something which shows struggles of one character ,how he/she overcomes it alone, superpowers etc. Human interactions are the main part - how do dahee helps ina and how she is so confident and caring that she is ready to use her powers save do da hee , how she helps her dad as she know what will happen to him which will be the same as old accident ...

As the Do Dahee tells to Inha in the washroom readings feelting emotions wouldn't mean what the person is thinking , makes more sense. Ina's mother had a thought and wouldn't have meant it from her heart . But, a young Ina thought she was the reason for all misfortunes , was suffering for so long , she would have been more depressed than her father itself. And her interactions with Do da hee in the initial episodes makes more meaning now. Loving the show.

The last two episodes were the best . A netflix show with good cast and entertaining story with the superpowers should have been much more popular. Maybe not exaggerating the love track , showing depression , human emotions etc would have made fans not to like it compare to some popular shows.

I think i have the same power as the child of ML . When she falls down crossing the road , able to understand what others think , if i was in that situation without power i could know what others would be thinking.

actually, the korean name of the sereis is "I'm not a hero" .His obsession with saving others and becoming a hero maybe the cause of all issues , as he forgets to take of the ones close to him . So, he saving her can also be justified. And, depression and struggles to get out of it can be so different for all , so being a fantasy drama, it may have shown it in this manner.

yep , he is geniuine but his way of expressing or doing it does not seem perfect . Which also is fine given his past and abilities and to keep excitement the writer can not choose to show the true intentions currently. But , seeing it has just 4 more episodes, it dont seem like they will show why he is acting like this.

how is it it ? planning to watch after seeing her in Atypical family and 8 show.

The ML , i dont know if he is so dump and just wantes to be hero and cant think properly. But, it can also be due his superpower he is not mentally developed. He cannot take care of his daughter at all . The FL suffering so much due to her family , the best thing he could do is help her to cut ties with them ,in whatever way is possible. But, it seems like he is making fun of the FL ,making her stay with the family . I cannot feel emotions of Ml toward FL even when he got her the shaved ice. Is he really not mentally developed to make right decisions , is he testing the FL nature (even though he now knows she is a victim of her so called mother) , he is planning to get evidence against the family so that the FL cannot be hurt in future by them or is it something else i am missing.

i laughed during the starting of episode 8. but then it became more serious. The drama is almost a perfect mix of fantasy and drama ,with the excellent acting of ML and FL. But, many areas its lacking.

Those who think the FL is not good , can continue to watch the drama for the fantasy part and other side stories , but wont be enjoying the show. Her character is better than typical kdrama actress who are so naive and kind hearted or varieties like bold and aggressive. She has flaws mainly due to her past . But , male leads with flawed characters in kdrama doesn't even face any criticism.

Seeing many other comments , would like atleast some to watch doctor slump and feel good about watching it . Even if it feels bad, if they could find this drama to be better . that also good. At the end, want everyone to enjoy and be better in life.

yep , it was a burnout . But, regardless of the reasons , it depicted what goes on the mind of the depressed , how it affects the family ,it can be overcome. Accepting the fact one is depressed, going to therapy , seeking help from family , all are postives i felt in this. I wont say 100% it is how to depict depression, but maybe about 5%. which is a right step where all other dramas neglect the genre.

Can agree with you. But, this one is not over yet , it might address those parts. Alsjo. i feel like here fantasy overshadows all the other areas as most time its about it. And in one way it is enjoyable , as most viewers want it. If it shows more importance to other areas it will be better.

this title gives more meaning , maybe they wanted it to be entertaining to international viewers. About the comment regarding doctor slump , cant fully agree with you. The depression of FL was not at all hard and it was shown in a light manner with the comedies . But, all experience depression in a different way and deal with it in a different way ,So ,we should't judge it like it . For me Doctor slump was a healing one and many situations and conversations i could relate to . And so far Atypical family is also good but in a different way.
