As someone who talked 2 dear friends out of suicide, I think that the drama's emphasize on the "weight of words"…
For me it's the complete opposite x) I've been struggling with this for many years. Sometimes not that much, sometimes a lot. I have attemped once (more than 10 years ago) , and really, the little I watched made me so incomfortable in a bad way. Not the way that makes you think things over. I love dramas that deal with mental illnesses as well, but this one I really can't. I'd pick any chaebol love story even if I'm not a fan either >< But we are all different, so it's cool if anyone likes it, really :D
Also I forgot to say that that since I watched only 15 minutes, I can absolutely not talk for the whole drama. Maybe it gets better (in my point of view) later on. And I'm sure it does some things great^^ Maybe I could say it this way. It makes me feel like it's written by a non suicidal person to non suicidal people as well.
Does anyone with depression and/or who is suicidal was even able to watch this..? I only watched 15 minutes and it was enough to turn me off. First, VERY polarizing opinion, I believe people should be able to do what they want. Maybe it is my mental state talking, but I've been in this state since I was a teenager so.. Who knows ! And second.. I just saw one complete saving, and what? The car saving is wrong on so many levels, and what she did doesn't help anyone. How simple of a vision they have to think that the "netagive energy" isn't going to come back soon enough?! No problem was resolved for any of them ! Also why do they think people research about quick and painless death all the time? Because they don't want to deal with the panic of dying. They don't want to deal with their instinct overpowering them with sheer panic and fear ! "I though you wanted to die?" Well I think there's a difference doing it like they did, and experiencing what you are doing with your car ! It's a natural response of the body to scream "I don't want to die" when the survival instinct is switched on.
Maybe it came from a good intention, but the person who made this doesn't seem to know a lot about how this works.. So guys, when you want to kill yourself, just have someone tell you not to do it because it's going to be better tomorrow, and you won't want to do it anymore. Yay ! All your problems and what make you this way will vanish ! It's so easy ! Look how foolish it is to suicide. Look how stupid you are. It almost screams that from the 15 minutes I saw.
After reading the comments, I feel like a lot of people missed the message of the drama or kind of made a bad interpretation of it.. I might have missed it the first time I watched it, I'm not sure I don't remember to be honest x) But what's sure is that I gave it 8 before and I gave it 10 this time after I rewatched it~ The tiny thing you could argue is that Kim Seul Gi is faaaaar from not being pretty (and she's the cutest too right?! TT) That's the only thing, but at the end of the day, the message is still nice^^

This ! I rated it 8/10 when I watched it 3 or 4 years ago and I didn't think that much of it, I completely forgot it even. But now I just rewatched it to make a review, I was just supposed to fast forward through just to bring the memories back, but I ended up watching everything and gave it 10/10. This is actually a very deep drama and the message is very clear and positive too !
Despite its flaws and some of the obvious things that didn't make sense *cough cough* reincarnation at the end * cough*, I was so ready to give this a 10/10 because I loved it so much. It was pretty, the OST was nice, the acting was amazing, they managed to make me care about other people than the main lead (which is rare), and I found the drama to be very original compared to some others. I mean that it was not always what you expected to happen that would happen, I got surprised a lot of times, and I like that. It makes things exciting and fresh.
But that ending? No. Here we have again another case of plot armor... I thought Lee Rang was going to die with Imugi, and I was soooooo happy I was wrong. But then this happens? And we're supposed to be happy that the main is back to his love? That was stupid. As of now, I just finished the drama after crying my eyes out for Lee Rang (I didn't even cry for Lee Yeon, lol we all knew he'd be back) and... I think I'll wait a little before grading it. Right now I wanna give it a big fat ZERO because I'm so mad, but I know it doesn't deserve it.. Anyway. I needed to vent somewhere x)
I think i'm going to miss this one... Finished it 5 minutes ago and I don't know what to do with myself x) On a serious note though, I really really hope this could be an eye opener for a lot of people.. I unfortunately doubt it, but I wish it could !!
For me this second season didn't work at all for me. It feels like I'm the only one who watched it late that didn't know what was going to happen x) I went in pretty excited, because while I liked season one, I didn't scream to perfection like everyone else. As a personnal preference, I like minimum drama and lots of together time, which season one clearly didn't provide x) So of course I was excited coming into season 2 since at least one was going to be fulfilled ! But... Nope. This kind of problem in a couple is a big nope. I almost dropped it several times, and ended up giving it a 5 out 10 because not everything was terrible~ But man, I'm so disappointed.
Main couple would get something like a 5/10 maybe even lower, but main couple would get a 8/10 or 9~ So overall I'd give this drama 7/10. It's a shame the main couple kinda ruined it because althought I thought they fell in love "too easily", the second couple was really really nice. I did skip some of the main couple a little, especially in the early episodes because, as much as you all try to defend it, it was rape. End of the story. He sexually took advantage of him without his clear mind consent (giving consent half dead on a bed isn't consent), it's rape. If it were a woman, the show would be deleted from every plateform. It's not because it's a man that it is anything different. "Yeah but you know drunk sex blablabla" I know. But that's not drunk sex. And if you have this kind of drunk sex and you don't mind......... Well that's on you, but this is clearly not normal at all. They kind of tried to give an explanation, but I never understood it. And there's no explanation for this kind of thing anyway. So really the main couple drags the whole thing down. For the second couple, the "I don't like men, only him" made me roll my eyes so hard they almost got stuck ahah, but really I'm happy they had as much screen time, if not more (?), than the main couple. I wouldn't mind seeing more of them ! And I watched it on Viki, am I the only one would got the episodes mixed up and ended up surprised when the end arrived at episode 10? Omg.. TT
It was on with a very bad start to me. There was just too much humor, it felt impossible to take it seriously. I skipped Meen and Duean, and the main couple didn't feel real. But, nothing felt real to be honest. But slowly, the drama started to slow it down with the humor (without deleting it completely of course), and things got more serious. Things started to feel real, and I even stopped skipping Meen and Duean as I found myself liking their story too ! It's really too bad that it had to start in such a bad way (in my opinion), because I believe this drama really tackles some important issues and also delievered such great messages~
I was disappointed by this drama. It started off quite strong, at some point I was really into it. But they kind of lost me, especially in the last quarter of the drama where I started to skip some parts because I just didn't care anymore. I really don't like dramas were they finish together at the very end. I want to see the couple together and be in love. It started to get annoying towards the middle (when couples usually start being together in dramas) because sure their chemistry was magnificent even just as best friends, it was so frustrating omg... Anyway, I'm so disappointed because I had such high expectations from the first few episodes.
I dropped the last two Thai BLs I tried recently, so I really came in with low expectations for this one. And oh boy was I pleasently surprised ! I actually reccomend it :D

I actually liked them since they had a strong relation to gaming. Young An Lan was very cute in my opinion x) But Chu Ge had zero relation to all that for the longest time so yeah x)

It annoying still when it happens in dramas... Too often the middle is.. meeh x) For me I just suddenly realized I was watching a lot less and a lot slower than usual and then I realized nothing was actually happening in the story. It was all just talking. Also I didn't care about Chu Ge until she joined the compagny An Lan was in. And if I remember correctly there was a lot of Chu Ge content in the middle and since I didn't care... Well, it was hard TT Not gonna lie, I skipped a few moments^^'

Yeah that's true, that's indeed something that was missing too.. Well, anyway, at the end of the day I enjoyed it a loooot, except the middle part. That's my biggest problem with the drama, because I honestly almost dropped it at some point..

I did, I finished it before commenting^^ They did play together this one time, but it was very short. I just wished they played more together. Since they seem to complement each other so well, I wanted to see them kick asses on CF together x)
