Most likely because Ch3 will one day release Poisonous love which is the book about Dr.Prem nd havent casted the leads for it yet. Also because TSOU is only 8 Eps there wasnt enough time to introduce all characters

They didn't even show Dr Prem as Dr Falada 's best friend in The secret of us so I think Dr Falada won't appear…
It might be possible, since during the filming of TSOU they havent cast who will play the role of Prem yet for poisonous love they couldnt have her appear in TSOU. Poisonous love will probably also air on channel 3 so its possible
