gosh.. just rewatched this... the storyline has been done to death but the intricacies of this one with how they put it all together is not only a nice surprise but it pulled me right in and kept me looking fwd to their next memory and interaction... acting was of course brilliant, cinematography stunning... them as a couple, their joy as teens, their lain, their longing.... I fell in love right along with them, first and second time round 😊😍

Totally loved it... surprised at how good it was but it was probably cios I had no expectations.... chemistry was on point between the MC and my heart fluttered a few times... the FL's best friend Meina was annoying with her overacting, FFwd every scene of hers, she was the same in another drama she was FL in

Her looks don't factor into my assessment of her acting abilities... the character's personality is what annoys me, the over niceness, the need to have everyone get along (when the mums had a meeting and two argued to the point where FL got slapped and hurt and her reaction was "ohh I'm ok I'm ok") the endless self-deprecating is frustrating...she's quite the conundrum as she's a pushover one scene and explodes the nxt when she deems a situation unjust... she's inconsistent in that she's nice to a fault yet would can boycott the Pride employees when her daughter got kicked out... that's why I said the actress is great as she plays the Korean mum to a T as I've seen her in Man and a Woman and her character was quite different and she played that well too... I don't get the whole ajhumma etc ageism comments, I don't pay attention to anyone else's opinion
