Someone doing a deep dive into themself and changing after a year does not make them fake or dishonest. It just means you no longer know the person. Here is a thought instead of making all those passive aggressive comments, why not try to resolve your misunderstanding and get to know them again

The fact of this whole situation is MK still likes YJ and he is hurt that YJ ghosted him. YJ on the other hand seems like he was hurt in their someship because they have both made it clear that they were not in a relationship. Judging from the episode 8 and how their conversation went I can see why he might have been hurt. It seems like MK is an avoidant person and YJ might have just wanted their someship to become a relationship but he was being evasive. That aside it does not look like YJ still have feeling for him. it looked like he worked on himself and changed both his type and a little bit of his mannerisms and that is the acting MK is talking about. The only advise I can give to them is MK needs to move on and YJ just needs to stop letting MK get to him
