Yup! My logic was based on what Heo Yeom said about Hwansu being a level of power compared to the ice stone. So, if he came back from the dead he must be at that same level of power. I honestly need more info about the ice stone, is it an entity? Like, does it have consciousness? How did Uk use the stone if he was dead? That's why I couldn't be sure.

You're right! They only transfered the ice stone to eunuch kim because he wouldn't know how to use the power. I wonder if Uk will use it or not. I remember Buyeon saying you wish for something and you get something terribly out of proportion in return ☹️
