Yes, Uk took Naksu's sword from Jin Mu on episode 2. The king asked Jin Mu what he wanted as reward for capturing Naksu's body back, and he answered he wanted to burn her body publicly and keep her sword in Cheonbugwan.

But Go Won asked for Jang Kang's sword to humiliate Jang Uk, not because Jin Mu asked him to take it. I found Jin Mu's decision sus because since he found Naksu shifted souls he wanted to get rid of her, but decided to keep her sword anyway.
