You're not wrong about hollywood actors changing their voice, which is the pitch, tone or the accent for a role. And yes, it's not impossible. We have seen Jisoo improve in acting in these four years. I'm sure she will work on her voice too to convey her emotions well. The reason why I said it's unrealistic was because she is still on her second drama and to 'expect' her to change her voice is unrealistic(which you also agree with). If her voice lacks variation, it could make emotional and sometimes comedic moments fall flat. But, it's a zombie drama and her naturally raspy voice can add grit, making her sound more intense in survival scenes. She might not cut out to be the best actress yet and it's unfair to compare her with the people who are. "We can always agree to disagree".

Ikr, first episodes are always important, they make you connect with the cast and know their dynamics. So, I had no problem with it being introductory.
People who are saying Jisoo acted bad should really know what acting is. If you have a literal eyeball stuck on your neck then I don't think that you would smile and say 'oh my god an eyeball? I have always wanted an eyeball stuck on my neck woohoo!'. Jisoo is not a great actor I'll admit, but she is still starting her acting career, and she has improved a lot. Her acting is good if not the best. And, her voice has always been raspy, I've seen her perform with that same voice for years. People need to realise that no one can change their natural voice, and I personally find no problem with her voice, I think it's unique and characteristic. But if you still have a great problem that you ears are bleeding and you're having a severe headache from her voice, you can always watch the dubbed version of the show.
