The writing did have a few plot holes and they were quite obvious in the starting episodes, but the romance compensated for it pretty well. It's a shame the ratings dropped because of a misunderstanding.

Yes, she was the most sane one in the show. And, there is no shouting, its just the comedic aspect of the drama that makes you feel that way. The elevator scene for example was not chaotic but if you see the expressions of the male lead and In Ho, its very beautifully exaggerated that they seem funny. The entire show will have scenes where they will act a bit unserious but that's what makes it interesting and live up to the genre, comedy.

It's her character. You must have noticed everyone in the show is a bit over the top. It's the certain genres that makes you feel that way because in zombies genre, there's a lot of chaos. I personally don't feel it was overbearing.
Jisoo is definitely performing better in this show than in snowdrop. We have yet to watch all of the episodes so let's see.
