Right now she has a hundred other huge pressing things on her. plate and that a dude who threatened to burn down her museum and said clearly they are debtor and creditor might like her is not even a thought.
Right but plus her naïveté she is physically mentally and emotionally exhausted at this point. And still a bit…
She is broken at this point. Her dad died, she has nothing but the clothes her back literally , people are coming at her from all sides for their money, an Ex that treated her horribly is pressuring her now , the guy she thought was great turned out to be a loud boorish money grubber, she got her ass beat in a no tell motel , her previous “friends” are gone ,she can’t pay her people
But heaven forbid she does act professional at a meeting!
Ya’ll need to stop. Put yourself in her shoes! At this point she is physically mentally and emotionally exhausted with people coming at her or demanding money at turn. Plus this a whole new world to her…of course she will make stupid mistakes! It’s part of her character growth.
I only just finished the first episode but I really wanted to comment that I wasn’t expecting such a dynamic…
No. He likes to think he is a bad guy and puts on the act to get his money but he really is helpless when comes to her. But because she is innocent and sheltered she takes him at his word so there is conflict.
So how is the romance? Who falls first or pines the most for the other? Please tag your answer as spoiler :)
He doe…. He falls in love at first sight literally. But he is denial and can’t express himself at the moment. She likes him as well but he keeps giving mixed messages and she has much more pressing and huge problems to deal with and is very much not thinking of romance right not
About being a damsel in distress… she has to be at this point in the drama for the ML to learn protectiveness and maturity. She has to grow into strength and independence as well . They will both grow together.
Even though of course I ship her and Moo Hak her using and potentially leading on SL is problematic for me.
