He is at best a damaged Anti Hero who was raised in a hospital by Sociopathic doctors and experimented on since birth probably . He is not going to Act like the usual Korean drama male leads with the FL. I don’t believe he is capable of deep Romantic love with Hye Won or Jaime Like some want. But Jaime clearly means something to him others don’t, they are deeply connected and they need each other and that may have to pass for the romance here.
