Exactly ! when i start seeing a pattern in stories, its no longer fun to me....and this one has turned out to be such drama, not that i have watched season 1 (as i was planning to binge watch the show)....but i bet that husband was shown as a good character at first before marriage. . . and now he is being used as a plot device to make FL look poor victim and pitiful so that ML will once again become Night in shining armour and they will reunite with FL apologizing and him saying ''gwenchana".. . . and they live happily ever after.

she never loved her husband. plus if jang hyun married someone else this whole drama's title "my dearest" would…
But them getting back together at this point all makes no sense. . . .i am not gonna go along with ''They are main leads, they have to get back together towards then end''....sorry but nope ,not at this point they don't. ML protecting his love from the background is something we can accept...but FL willing to comeback to ML, because circumstances now are good everything.

So kdrama really progressed plot like this...after season 1 i kept hoping for leads going separate route for good , but nope they had to make a FL undecisive and ML a simp all the way to the end. Protecting the love of his life is good thing, but hoping for her to come back to him is annoying way to progress the plot. its like all the mature decision , all those acting cool by fl in season 1....that "i am gonna standup for myself, i gonna protect my family ...all development went to shiit ryt?
