I THINK (at least is the only thing that makes sense to me) that Tae is probably mad cause the mess between Que and Bhu was supposed to affect him and Nam and Nite didn't say anything until now...

I remember on episode 1 or 2 the guy from the coffee shop asked Tae to take a picture of him and Nite and Nite wasn't appearing in the picture. Tae panicked and ran away with Nite. So Nite wasn't reeeally supposed to appear in pictures... But I think the director forgot about that during the series lol

I think so. Nite ended up talking too much (when he affirmed that Bhu and Que are in a relationship) and she probably had the intention to clear things up with Que (that is also her neighbor). She probably caught them arguing on her way there OR since they are neighbors and Que and Bhu were arguing in front of Que's house, she could also have heard the commotion from her home lol. At least those two explanations are the only things that make sense to me in the context. I just don't get why Tae seems so upset? Nite told him since beginning that Bhu and him were not destined to be together, so...

I'm watching ep 5 and... Did they just forget Nite wasn't supposed to appear in pictures? Lol i

My point is: yeah let's throw the blame of sex exploitation in a female character. They showed us a lot of bad stuff coming for the guys too, but I think everyone was kind of especially mad with Rung because they are sisters, Rung used Jane's love for Perth against her, used the "i had to do the same stuff when I was younger" card and etc. Women are mostly the victims of sex slavery and stuff like that so I think it's just sad to make a female character to act like that. But this is just my personal opinion.

No, no, it was not the point. I agree with you that she at least has some depth and, indeed, the actress is amazing. Our point here is it seems they are trying to make us more mad with here than the other characters somehow. Perth still very wrong, as you said, he could help Jane instead of film the whole thing but now it seems they were trying to make him look good (although i think they did that to make Por stay on Tan/Bun's side)

I think both cases are bad. To be honest I get more frustrated with the series because we are dealing not only with drug abuse but with human trafficking, sexual slavery (at least it looked a lot like that) and women are mostly the victims of those issues. So yeah let's blame on the women (when they said Jane did those stuff because she wanted to help.... Man, i got mad). It doesn't also change the fact that Jane and Rung fighting over a man (i think Jane wasn't even really aware of this fight) is just... Too trivial. Also in the series when Rung said she also had to sell her body when she was younger just made me sad. I think we still have a long path in front of us.

My bad if I didn't remember that with such details. But Perth was the one chocking Jane, wasn't him? I still don't get why in the series (that has a very different story from the novel) they are trying to get us more mad with Rung than anybody else. Anyways I will read again this chapter ^^ thanks for remind me about that

I would say "man you should read it cause it's really good" but tbh the series is even better than the novel. But if you have a chance someday to read it, try it! It's a really good novel (i still cannot believe how they manage to make the series better tho lol)

I wish they could also stay together hahaha they are both cute. But, spoiler alert and fun fact, M has even a wife on the novel lol. But I'm grateful they made M more relevant in the series cause in the novel we see him not as much as we see him in the series

I can't say about lakorns in general, because I only watch BL, but yeah I appreciate how the public is really going against the rape plotline and now we have series talking seriously about the issue (like The Effect). Let's see what they prepared for us next week.. but I can say that in this issue (throwing blame on Rung), I'm also very disappointed :(

I gotta say as much as I love the series (the series is way better than the novel) i really don't appreciate how they are throwing all the blame on Rung. Of course she has a lot to do with the whole situation but, for example, in the novel she just killed Pued and that's all. Pued was the one behind Jane's death. But now the guy looks like an angel and the woman is the one to throw blames on. I get that the series and the novel's story are very (really very) different plots but come on... There's a bunch of disgusting men involved in the matter but let's make people hate the woman more than anyone else. For me, as a woman, this was a slap on my face. I hope in the next episode they at least try to make the audience see that the ones who should be blame are those disgusting guys that use woman as their toys.


Edit: i got wrong the Rung "just" killed Perth, sorry. I didn't remember that she helped him killing Jane, so thanks @allancarreon who reminded me about that :).

I know she seems a completely b*tch on the series, but on the original story she just killed Pued lol I'm kinda sad they are throwing the blame in a woman, tbh... Like there's a bunch of men involved in this and it looks like they are trying to make us hate Rung more than anyone. About M and Oat... I don't think there's a chance for them xD Oat is in love with his colleague, dr. Fai.

I'm so sad that next episode is also the last one :'(
