The problem we are discussing is not the case that there were a case of rape in the series. The problem is that the guy was raped and he not only forgave but he also developed romantic feelings towards someone that violated him in the worst way possible. There's nothing indicating that Xiao Yeh was in love with his brother, and we can see it due the fact that not only he was very traumatized by the fact he slept with his brother but also it took him a lot of time to give him an answer. And to be honest your words (and then if it is rape what is the problem) was very offensive towards rape victims. There's a lot of problems on being rape not only for women but also for men. Being rape can destroy one's life. As a victim of rape myself this were one of the worst words I've ever read to be honest. I hope you can re-read what you just wrote and reflect on it, tbh.

I don't really care about their family bond tbh, I'm more concern with the fact the older brother not only forgave his agressor, but also was willing to have a romantic relationship with him. Where I live there's a law where defines as a rape crime when someone gave sex through fraud. This means if one person makes another one drink too much and/or have drugs or any other substances that can alter their state of mind and have sex with them, they are labeled not only as sex offenders but they are put in jail. The older brother was too drunk and not only the other one was sober, he also knew what he was doing. He even said he would kiss his brother only when he was sober. He could try everything with everyone in their right state of mind, but he choose to get his brother drunk to the point he couldn't even walk by himself. I was rape before.
