I strongly recommend My Name, but it's a kdrama so idk if it's helpful.
Maybe Chasity high would be good to try (jdrama) - I returned recently to watching k/jdramas and it was refreshing to see, taking the fact that it would be easy to make her character be a sterotype of lower class loner or something like that.
