Youku is subscription based. The drama is still ongoing for VIP and SVIP customers. I purchased express package hence finished all 40 eps a bit in advance.
Youku also releases it on youtube, but it's super slow there afaik.
You should be able to watch it also on Viki, but also on subscription.

Personally, I'd say this one has less romance than "The Double", but just enough 😁
