Omg I just started it, I'm on Episode 4 and I'm so shocked at how good this is. I *never* managed to watch a Cdrama without skipping scenes and this one has no boring scenes at all. It's so fun and sweet, I hope it keeps going like this!!

I only watched the first three episodes and I felt like he lacked a unique personality, he seems similar to many other ML. Private, a bit shy, talented, rich, hasn't moved on from his first love. On top of that he also seemed to not be able to stand up for himself or clearly state what he wants (i.e. him being kinda coerced into business with that idol even tho he wasn't all that interested). The FL has a more unique personality, at least I haven't seen many kdramas with a "rude" FL like her (who comes to mind is the FL from It's Ok to Not Be Ok, bt they are still very different). This FL seems to be aggressive, ambitious, funny, sweet to people close to her and not afraid to put up a fight, for her or for others, that's what I could get from the first episodes. So I thought he was a weakly written character, pretty much nothing new (=boring to me), while she seemed much more interestingly written. Sorry for the long answer..

Where did I say being emotional is weak? I said he was a dull/weak character, as in not interesting enough to me. You read sth into my words that I didn't even say
The ML seems very dull and weak in comparison to the FL in the first episodes, can someone tell me if he improves/gets more interesting? I really like the FL but the ML is boring :/
