Thank you. It's just annoying to se people talk down on others just so they can elevate their faves

Everything you've said so far goes ahead to actually show how shallow and baised your opinions are.

Zhao Liying had been killing her role from Boss and Me, Journey Of Flower, Story Of Minglan, Princess Agent to the latest Legend Of ShenLi.

Lusi was highly praised for her acting in Gen Z, LLTG, Hidden Love and Last Immortal.

How about being intentional of your dislike for them and the fact that you are Zhao Jin Mai's fan? You can actually just say it instead of going round the corner and talking down on other actors.

Zhao Jin Mai is not even anywhere close to Zhao Liying's filmography and skill so please quit this nonsense.

that's been the complain. i guess they wanted the whole focus on pwx without the distraction of the music. for…
Music on emotional or confession scenes has never been a distraction. It becomes one when it is not done properly

Did notice this. It doesn't have great OSTs just like any costume Cdramas. But the storyline so far and the acting…
It's a let down for me. A great script needs beautiful soundtracks that'll complement each other. Someone like me who's a sucker for osts feel like I am missing out on something 😭

Does anyone else feel the music is lacking? The music during the confession in the rain should have been impactful enough in a way that it'll compliment the situation.

How was she in the novel?
Bias and favouritism, that's what it is to them.

πŸ˜‚ It's actually understandable lol. She's not just a princess but the eldest one and also one from a "Noble Family" who's mother is an empress too.

The drama producer said the costume is based on Wei (one Kingdom in the Three Kingdoms period) and Jin dynasties…
Thank you ☺️

OMG πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I am glad they toned it down because this comment section would be so messy and the rating low if they did not. I can already picture how chaotic this platform will be😭

I'm only at ep 3. For some reason I find this a bit boring. Not sure why. I like the premise, the story, characters,…
I also found it that way after the first 2 or so episode. I think it's the pacing or should I say, overall mood of the story. To me, it lacks the thrill of palace politics. I heard the screenwriter is known for being lazy and sloppy. I've watched up to episode 11 and it still feels the same way to me.

But I like the story, characters, setting and premise so I am still here. I think the thrill will come soon

It is quite annoying lol

Exactly, he's being open and upfront.
It's one of the things I liked about this show

I just had a heated argument with an acquaintance... LOL. So, here's the tea: I posted a scene from a drama on my status, where Li Rong talks about her status and how she'll never see another woman as a rival. I was commending her words, and this acquaintance replied, saying, 'Chinese dramas are so silly with weak and childish female leads. What do you even enjoy when watching Cdramas? Kdramas are way better.' I had to ask her what kind of Cdramas she's watching because I believe Cdramas have moved past the era of stupid female leads. Heck, even Kdramas once had those kinds of plots. I feel like people are so biased when it comes to Cdramas, not giving them the same respect and admiration they give Kdramas. As someone who started with Kdramas and now watches both, it's annoying to see people like this. Both countries produce unique and different dramas. Cdramas, just like Kdramas, have also moved away from silly plots. It's annoying when people act like they don't know this. Or maybe they really don't know, which means they're ignorant.
