but wait we have the one who forced the marriage on 3rd sister as the partner for another sister, but that is alright?? like i know that there are problematic leads and i obviously steer away from them. But this drama has potential so idk why the mls were used as a plot point for them to cause misery to the female leads at least in one part of the plot. I mean is it not toxic? (this is my one and only comment on this dramas page so im not hating on it or anything)

Im not surprised china didnt like it ig, they wouldve ate this up if there was a high traffic actor though. Even if the plot isnt good, theyd still like shows with such actors.

im so glad someone who watched the donghua doesnt dislike this drama, cause theyve been saying its not that good in the comments for a while now. Just made me a bit sad cause this drama is really good

i agree, but part of what made the young characters so good, is the younger fls acting is insanely expressive and good. Like she brought so much life to her character the older fl has gone through a lot, so the chemistry isnt just going to be instant like people think

i havent watched the anime, so i dont have the comparison basis. But the show is really good for a standalone watch at least.
