I like watching these types of shows because I like the games, new characters and inspecting their fashion π§…
Oh I forgot to add! No chemistry whatsoever. They are married, expecting a baby and not even a short kiss or peck scene. Ugh ππ Wow wow we are family friendly over here π¨π¨π¨
I like watching these types of shows because I like the games, new characters and inspecting their fashion π§ So, I'm not against spin-offs if there is a good storyline and good actors. But I have a love-hate relationship with Netflix. I don't like the baby parallel with Squid Game. It's interesting, but it's too much. Everything is too didactic. Characters are too altruistic. Like in this season, Usagi trying to help the girl on the tower? Her fall was funny i felt bad for laughing *thud* π
They should've followed the story from Alice in Borderland: Retry manga (nothing new but it made sense). This third season was π I had low expectations because I didn't like how they finished the second season with the Joker card. Everyone was hyped up and saying that their world wasn't real, there was a 'last' game.
In this season I felt so out of it. Banda popping up in real world with his contact lenses and his little smirkπ? (I like the actor tho π) Usagi following the professor? Nothing against the actor, but I didn't like his character and he caused so much. He had so much screen time.
On a side note, we are experiencing earthquakes in my country. We just had an earthquake where I live. I'm scared of what might happen in the future. Because I'm from a country that doesn't learn from its mistakes and is corrupt. I know Japan has its own problems too, but that earthquake scene with Arisu in the office made me think. I've seen real-life videos from before too. They know what they're doing and they are calm. Because they are accustomed to it. They take actions so they know. I wish that for my country too. So, earthquake and tsunami scenes make me nervous. And that's on megalophobia π° I watched that sky-high tsunami video from Japan. That incoming tsunami scene on the beach with the character from Beneath the Shadow (2019). Unsettling...
I enjoyed this drama until episode 9. Finally, I finished it lol π₯² If I'm invested in the story, I can watch it like it's flowing. But if not, then it feels like a burden to finish. And I can't focus on other things. So it's not a me problem, it's a you problem, dear writers π€·ββοΈ I had a crush on ML on early episodes. I think his style was good?! Like?!? That's my type you're talking sh*t about. I feel offended pardon?! I LOVE WONWOO btw π€β(HellΓΆ fellΓΆw nerd lovers π) And FL's character was confusing? Everyone talking sh*t about her? I liked the second FL and ML. But her story was so sad and comedic timing was off (iykyk) Aaaaanddd... My worst enemy again: coincidences. There should be a list about dramas without coincidences smh ππ (If you know it pls tell me)
I'm seeing S2 slander everywhere, some saying: soldiers were boring (bFR), it was confusing, long stories, so many new characters, Song Kang had little screentime, etc. I also want to see Song Kang's beautiful face (blue contacts look good on himπ) but there is a story to be told from different perspectives. Those are the reasons that it was new and exciting to me. Too many people to look at πππ Story is also good ofc π I can't wait to see S3.
Explaining why the bird is there? No sh*t Sherlock π€£π€£π€£ So smarty π€β

It was nice seeing characters from before, but I wish to see Ann happy meeting with Kuina π₯² β€οΈβπ©Ή
And I wish to see more from NijirΕ Murakami in the future. Or not. I want him to be happy. All love πππ
