I really recommend this drama never wathed a mini series with good acting AND good plot AND good sound :). Heartwarming and beautifully written.

Really good writing and cast so far , I'm still in 10th episode but I really like the way it is unfolding .. I'll come back after the 2 last episodes,
I particularly liked the natural chemistry and romance was not all over the place but right where and how it should, the main plot is really engaging simple but good.

No romance (fortunetly :)) very well written heartfelt stories, I love the cast the comedy the bond the cases. it delivred what it promised! so well done

Very good story , i loved the writing (BUT I still ff ep 21&22) the Fl played her part I dont like baby like acting but she was bearable and the switch to maturity was good.
The Ml is just perfect I dont know him but I hope he will choose good series like this one to shine again.

the acting and writing was really good not one boring episode
the plot was interestiong and so was the mature well developped romance
I loved th contrast betwenn good and bad half siblins relationships
the one playing jiandshi I think his facial expressions wer not good enough it felt stiff and sometimes emotionless unlike the one playing his haf brother the emperor though new i guess his acting was really good.
I loved the revenge and the ending
sometimes it is not white or black but many shades of grey..

just watched two episodes just WOW , I hope it continues...

I dont get the hate in comment section, the story is calm cute with lovable caracters (apart from the toxinc relationof the second couple) the chocolate is the main story
then we have sensitive flawed yet beautiful two people falling very slowly in love.
finally a beautiful HE.
For a japanese series it is REALLY rare to like all 8 episodes.
i'll rewatch when am down that's for sure!

Very well written series, with just the right amount of scifi thrill and suspense, 16 episodes were PERFECT no drugging plots no unnecessary subplots.

I would rather say they shouldn't have added those scenes for sure, but at least they weren't like "i love you" and stuff right away, with more episodes maybe and more encounters outside the office it may feel legit and more natural.
So i get your point, you are right.

Mydramalist has become a joke in term of ratings, because of people who watch before looking at the tags or worst, they rate based on a lead appearance.
This drama delivered what it promised, good cases, no fake forced romance.
I gave it 8.5
